The content of this thesis is the design of street furniture using concrete. The work includes a brief summary of marketing, analyzing current trends in design of street furniture and analysis used technical solutions. The main part is devoted to the design process, resulting in the shape of street furniture while respecting the structural and ergonomic requirements in relation to people who use the furniture.
Comparison of machine tool structures from traditional and non-traditional materials
Tichý, Antonín ; Hermanský, Dominik (referee) ; Merenus, Ondřej (advisor)
The topic of this diploma thesis is compare materials in machine tool structures. The introduction part is about literature retrieval in field of constructional components in machine frames. There are discribe the indiviual parts of machine structures their properties and influence, witch affect their static toughness, stabilty and accuracy of the whole milling machine. The most important part is focused to the materials witch constructions of machine are made from. The main of this thesis is a practical part, where is designed the own model of milling machine solved on the basis of experiences gain. The important choose was appropriate topology and materials witch the machine frame was made.
Description of machine tool frames.
Míčka, Martin ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This work describes the machine tool frames via background research. There are basic requirements for the frames included in this work. It is focusing especially on static and dynamic rigidity. Thereinafter you can find in my work all the ways of making the frames and also the materials which are used during their production. Last but not least I am presenting some examples of constructions single parts of the frame and all the ways of their attachment to the ground.

The introduction is concerned with history and basis of the turning. Next part describes basic types of vertical lathe machines and the greatest attention is given to the analyse of particular parts of the machine. The end of the bachelor´s thesis includes some representatives of Czech and foreign producers of the lathe machines followed by the comparison of their products.
The design of sand mixer with output range 3-5 TPH
Haluza, Lukáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is engineering design of the continuous mixer with output range 3-5 TPH. Mixer is instrumental to mixing sand mixture intended to non-permanent sand forms in foundry. Proposed construction has to fulfill the specified functional requirements and parameters. Parts of solution are also necessary analytical and FEA calculations.
Stojan na kytaru s použitím lamelových prvků v etapě prototypu
Špaček, Filip
This theses describes creation and fabrication of a custom guitar stand in a prototype phase with lamellar element used in its frame. The main aim was to create a functional product that can be used both as a place for musical instrument and also as an interesting interior or stage element. Author describes early phases of development, problems detected on early shapes of the guitar stand and their alterations during fabrication up to the final design. The final solution was wooden construction with lamellar element which was supplemented with 3D-printed supports.
Woodworking machines for furniture industry
Tomalík, Jan ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with woodworking machines that are used in the furniture industry to produce furniture parts. Initially, this topic describes wood as such. It discusses in detail its structure and composition, which are important in determining the physical and mechanical attributes of wood. The topic then focuses on the main machining methods by which wood can be processed, including the machines used for this purpose. Problems in sawing wood, that are caused by defects in the tool or in the material being machined, are mentioned. There is also a brief classification of furniture products according to the furniture standard, where furniture is classified using several factors. Finally, all the woodworking machines and methods are interpreted on the design of a wine rack, the manufacture of which is discussed in detail from the initial collection of the semi-finished product to its final assembly. A technological process is drawn up for all the parts needed to assemble the stand, accompanied by drawings.
Equipment for installation and service of Spider ILD02
Frühbauer, Jiří ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with constructional solution and design of handling equipment for assembly and service of Spider ILD02 lawnmower. This thesis presents a discretion and evaluation of several alternatives for given problem, which are followed up by establishment of selected technical parameters. This thesis also consists of selected solution of construction, which is followed up by calculation of handling forces. Conclusion describes calculation of structural load and strength inspection of important construction units. This thesis consists of technical report and drawing documentation.
