New scene of the Beseda House in Vyškov - neoplasm in a historical setting
Skrušný, Petr ; Plášil, Jiří (referee) ; Boháč, Ivo (advisor)
The plot is located in the very center of the town of Vyskov, in the perfect connection of the main pedestrian hub on Masaryk Square. This is an extension of the loose gap following the shield facade of the existing house of the house. The orientation of the parcel is northeast. The plot is located on the pedestrian passage through the main square, where I create a park with a paved area. The new building is adjacent to the parish church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, a baroque chateau and an object of the shopping center. The proposed object stops the vacant loop with the slate wall of the existing beseda house, creating the corner between Kostelní street and the pedestrian corridor from Masaryk square. The building itself has 5 above-ground floors, with terraced ramps to the raised corners of the building with the possibility of using roofs. The building is a structural reinforced concrete skeleton with monolithic beams and stiffening cores. The façade is a double-ventilated solution with internal glazing and an outer sheath made of stone, semi-transparent blocks mounted on metal frames. The construction is based on a base plate with feet under the support pillars. To prevent the foundations of the existing house of the house from being interrupted, the pillars of the pillars are separated by two meters from the house and the individual boards are monolithically insulated. The construction height of the floor is 4.5 m. 4 m clearance height 0.5 m floor composition for keeping the floors connected and connecting the old building with the new building. In the connecting part of the existing building there is a reconstruction and modernization. The connection of both objects is by means of a rubber expansion joint. The technical background of the building is located at the site of the building. The heating of buildings is solved by means of an air heat pump located on the roof with both air heating and cooling function. As an additional heating system there is an electric underfloor heating, which is a suitable solution due to the location of the photovoltaic power plant on the roof. The air exchange is solved by means of recuperation. The outlets are led by a shaft into individual floors, where they are led by the technical part of the building and then projecting in the soffit. Water heating is solved by solar panels located on the roof of the building with the possibility of water heating by electric energy. The produced energy is stored in the tanks and then distributed to the building. Rainwater is drawn into the sewer and is not used in any way. Escape routes are the main staircase with a fire safety lift, a staircase with a lift for the halls and the existing vertical communications of an existing house. Public lighting is designed with the illuminated joint of the front facade of the building, which creates a pleasant light effect. Parking space is provided in the vicinity of the building on Masaryk Square, next to the parks and the nearby parking spaces.
Socio-cultural centre with townhall for the district Brno-Kohoutovice
Valošková, Tereza ; Pechman, Tomáš (referee) ; Sochor, Jan (advisor)
From a theoretical perspective, concept of City Hall building is built on three values: openness, transparency and community support. I understand these values at two perspektive: literally, as access to buildings not only in the opening hours of the town hall, and figuratively, as openness to other than bureaucratic functions. Town Hall should also promote cohesion and dynamism of the local community. Not just a casual setting where people spend just a neccesary time, but a space where people will want to delay a meeting. The value of transparency in my political and social environment is essential. Town Hall can, and should, give citizens view into the working space officials, as well they should not be cut off from events in the city. Flow of information to and perceptions can be beneficial for both sides.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the reconstruction, with an emphasis on preserving its original character, of a former inn in the village of Zlobice in the Kroměříž region. The project is based on the subject AG034 - Studio of Architectural Design IV. - Restoration of Monuments. The cultural house was built in the 1920s. Originally it had only the 1st floor and served as a local inn. Later, the building was rebuilt into a two-storey social house. At the turn of the 20th and 21st century, a part with social facilities and an apartment for the housekeeper was added to the building. During this period, the 2nd floor was also rebuilt and three apartments were built here, one of which is original and in very good condition. Most of the window and door panels are preserved in the house. They are also preserved and are valuable floors made of concrete tiles and terrazzo. The extension, which was added to the building in the 1990s, is disruptive and suitable for a complete reconstruction. The aim of the proposal is to renovate the existing cultural house, which is supplemented by an extension in which the technical background of the municipality and the new building of the municipal office are located. Furthermore, the picnic area, which is rebuilt into a place suitable for feasts and other social events. Emphasis was placed on the best possible use of the land, the completion of the courtyard according to the structure of the village and the logical arrangement of individual operations. The idea was to sensitively restore the historic part of the building, which houses a ballroom, a hall, a bar with facilities, a multi-purpose room, a talking room and the second floor of this building consists of two apartments. Part of the extension and the building of the municipal office is set into the slope, which enabled the use of a green counter roof i
