Tato bakalářská práce řeší rekonstrukci a obnovu společenského domu v obci Zlobice. Cílem práce byla obnova objektu, zajištění nového funkčního využití a navržení nové přístavby, vhodně doplňující tento objekt. Zpracování práce proběhlo s ohledem na zachování původního rázu, který pochází z 20. let 20. století a byl navržen v tradicionalistickém stylu. Jedná se tedy především o očištění objektu od nevhodných zásahů, které utrpěl v průběhu let a navržení nových úprav s ohledem na polyfunkční využití objektu. Objekt se dělí na společenské sály a dětskou hernu nacházející se v prvním nadzemním podlaží a nájemní byty ve vlastnictví obce v druhém nadzemním podlaží. Jednopodlažní přístavba rozšiřuje společenský dům o hygienické zázemí v prvním nadzemním podlaží a dále vytváří nové prostory pro obecní úřad a zázemí technických služeb v obci. Přístavba je řešena citlivě s ohledem na napojení k původnímu objektu. Je řešena jako jednopodlažní, tvaru L a vytváří tak příjemný dvůr v zadní časti objektu společenského domu. Tato bakalářská práce vychází z předmětu ateliérové tvorby jejímž cílem bylo i urbanistické řešení navazujícího prostoru výletiště se zázemím a parkováním a navržení nového objektu pro parkování hasičských vozů v obci. This bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction and restoration of a community center in the village of Zlobice. The aim of this project was to restore the building, ensure new functional use, and to design a new extension which suited the building. The renovations compliment the original character of the building, which dates back to the 20th century and was designed in a traditionalist style. The goals were to return the building to its original style and to design new modifications which would enable multifunctional use of the building. The building is divided into social halls and a children's playroom located on the first floor and rental apartments owned by the municipality on the second floor. The single-story extension added hygienic facilities on the first floor and further created new premises for the municipal office and technical services for the village. The extension was designed with the original building in mind. It was designed as a single-story, L-shaped building and thus creates a pleasant courtyard in the back part of the building. This bachelor thesis draws from the work of the studio whose goal was to create an urban solution that surrounds the building which includes a picnic area with parking and a parking area for the fire department vehicles.
