Bakalářská práce vychází z ateliérového projektu, který byl vypracován pro předmět AG035 v šestém semestru bakalářského studia. Zadáním práce je novostavba objektu tělocvičny v Dolních Kounicích. Jedná se o pozemek v blízkosti základní školy v mírně svažitém terénu. Objekt sestává z jednoho nadzemního a jednoho podzemního podlaží. Podzemní podlaží je určeno sportovní hale se zázemím, šatnami a technickému zázemí pro obsluhu budovy. První nadzemní podlaží tvoří společenský sál pro veřejnost s reprezentačním prostorem včetně kavárny, judo sál a posilovna. Hygienické zázemí zahrnují obě dvě podlaží. Celý objekt je řešen bezbariérově. Řešení objektu tělocvičny reaguje na místo a okolí, ve kterém se parcela nachází. Jedná se o jednoduchou hmotu, výškově rozdělenou na dvě části, které vybíhají ze svažitého terénu a plynule na něj navazují. Zajímavostí je zpracování pohledové betonové stěny s dřevěným obložením s olympijskou tématikou piktogramů na chodbě v podzemním podlaží, která novostavbu spojuje se základní školou podzemním tunelem. Tento motiv pokračuje i na fasádě budovy prostřednictvím barevných folií na sklo. Práce se rovněž zabývá návrhem hřiště na střeše budovy spolu s intenzivní vegetační střechou. Tělocvična je vhodným řešením zázemí města. Nalezne své využití ze strany žáků mateřské a základní školy, mládeže i široké veřejnosti se zájmem o sportovní a kulturní akce. The Bachelor´s work is based on the project, that was made for the subject AG035 in the sixth semester of the Bachelor´s degree. The topic of the assignment is a new building of the gymnasium in Dolní Kounice. It is a land around an elementary school in a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of one aboveground and one underground floor. The underground floor is determined as a sports hall with facilities, dressing rooms and technical facilities for the building service. The first floor consists of a social hall for the public with a representative space including a café, a judo hall and a fitness. Sanitary facilities include both floors. The whole building is solve as a wheelchair accessible building. The design of the gymnasium responds to the place and surroundings in which the plot is located. It is a simple mass, divided in height into two parts, which extend from the sloping terrain and smoothly follow it. An interesting feature is the processing of the exposed concrete wall with wooden paneling with the Olympic theme of pictograms in the corridor on the underground floor, which connects the new building with the elementary school through an underground tunnel. This motif continues on the facade of the building through colored foils for glass. The work also deals with the design of the playground on the roof of the building together with the intensive vegetation roof. The gymnasium is a good solution for the city's background. It will find its use by nursery and elementary school pupils, young people and the general public interested in sporting and cultural events.
