Intercultural aspects of cooperation in an international company. Social psychological approach

The disertation work focuses on currently highly observed issue of intercultural cooperation. Following the change of social situation the topic has become both a practical issue and a subjekt of research study. It compares and analyzes crosscultural and intercultural approach and criticizes both approaches for supporting social stereotypes, especially thein negative aspects. It further emphasizes social psychological aspects of the issue, particularly social perception, social groups, hierarchical structure and organization of joint activities as systemproducing and meaningful source of mutual relationships. Supporting this by own research in ŠKODA AUTO it perceives such perspective as very efficient since it is based on practical experience and it also aims at practical problems. Relationships among children of younger school age

v anglickém jazyce This thesis focuses on relationships among school age children and particularly among a class of 3rd graders. The first section of the thesis examines characteristics of individual growing and evolving profiles of eight year old children. The second part of the thesis describes the attributes of a small social group, its social positioning, structures and social roles. The final section of the paper deals with the methods, diagnosis of social positions especially among friends and a description of the research itself. The goal of this thesis is to provide an analysis of the relationships, positions and social status of a particular group of children, including research results and final summary. Longitudinal study of the mutual influence of self-concept, social position, and assessment at the lower-secondary level

The diploma thesis covers the theme of mutual influence of assessment, self-evaluation and social position of a student in lower secondary level classes. Focus lies also on the relationship of the studied phenomena to sex of the respondents. The data from the social relationship study are analyzed thoroughly to disclose the social structure of the studied classes. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with assessment and its specifics, functions, types, forms, phases and also with self-evaluation. The topic of social group is then developed focusing on different kinds of social groups, the position and the role of the member of a group and social norms. As the third topic, the bachelor thesis concerns with a school class and its specifics, factors determining its status, the position and the role of a student in a class and also with the methods of analyzing a school class. The last topic of the theoretical part are general features of psychological development, its determiners, and life stages of psychological development with special regard to puberty. Structure and Research of Out-Of-School Influences on the Musical Development of the Child

The Diploma Thesis deals with the matters of children's musicality and the main factors influencing it. The thesis includes a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the musicality issue and its structure, as well as on the factors that participate in this matter. Special attention is put to the out-of-school influences on the development of musicality. There is an outline of the influence of a family and its members, characteristics of a contemporary family and a present-day lifestyle. The thesis also deals with a social group influence and the impact of mass media, such as television, computers and the Internet. One of the subchapters is dedicated to the out-of-school artistic interests of children; another one deals with how music around us can act in a form of commercials, or in a store, for example. The practical part of this thesis is formed through a research oriented to the out-of-school influences mentioned above. This research was held at Libčická Primary School, Prague. Influence of the social environment on extracurricalar music education of children

This thesis deals with social environment, especially its influence on out-of-school musical education of children. The thesis also examines factors, that influence out-of- school education of children. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part the term of social environment and its possible influence on out-of- school musical education of children are defined and clarified. Different social groups, that children usually walks through in their lives, are described in individual chapters. Big attention is given to these social groups. In thesis problematics of influence of massmedia on children's musical development is delineate. The thesis also offer detailed list of institutions in which children have opportunity to musically educate themselves. The practical part consists of research of influence of social environment on out-of-school musical education of children and maps factors, that decide where children musically educate themselves, which musical instrument children play and also delineates problematics outlines of commuting to out-of-school music instititions. Student with Special Needs in a Classroom - A Social Relationships View

The bachelor thesis is focused on a student with special needs in classroom. The theoretical part is devoted to the key concepts of my work: student with special needs and a classroom. I deal with the progress of a young schoolchild, classroom as a social group, diagnostics of classroom and students with special needs in connection with the current legislation and support methods they deserve. The aim of my work is to find out what is the social position of students with special needs within the classroom. So, in the empirical part I first searched the social position of students with special needs within the classroom, namely in two fourth grade classrooms, which includes one or more students with special needs. The research was performed at two different schools. For this purpose, I used Braun's questionnaire B-3. Then I made a semi-structured interview with class teachers. In interpreting the data, I focused on whether the social position of students with special needs differs significantly from the social position of other students in the classroom and what factors may cause it. For some of these students, a different social position within the class was found, while others did not significantly differ.
