The views of students of secondary school on the assessment in instruction

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation in teaching from the point of view of secondary school pupils. The theoretical part includes information and issues of assessment in the class. Further the theoretical part of the theoretical knowledge about the evaluation in the teaching is elaborated. Objectives, methods and forms of evaluation are described, focusing on objectivity and subjectivity in the teacher's assessment of the pupil. In the empirical part, a questionnaire survey will be conducted in order to find out how secondary school pupils assess the assessment in the classroom. The questionnaire provides easy, accurate and quick evaluation and good comparison. It also contains the results of the research that was carried out by high school students. The results are recorded in charts supplemented by comments. Graphs accurately show how pupils look at the questions asked from the questionnaire. The conclusion contains a summary of the lessons learned from the work.

The scope of the bachelor thesis will be the issue of Attitudes and opinions of teachers on verbal assessment at secondary vocational schools in the area of Uherské Hradiště. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The goal of the theoretical part is to define basic terms regarding assessment, specify the subjects of school assessment including their relationship, express the relevance of assessment in schooling, functions, risks of school assessment and to describe grading and school assessment including their strengths and weaknesses. The chosen topic will be dealt with on theoretical level by the means of comparison, analysis and synthesis of professional sources. The practical part will carry out research investigation. The goal of the practical part is to discover the attitudes and opinions of vocational teachers, teachers of practical training and special subjects at secondary vocational schools in the area of Uherské Hradiště. To solve the given issue, a questionnaire investigation will be used, the questionnaire consists of two parts attitude and opinion. The gain of data will be carried out by means of electronic administration in March 2016. The gained data from attitude part of the questionnaire will be processed by means of descriptive statistical methods. Open questions in the opinion part of the questionnaire processed by the means of descriptive statistical methods and contextual analysis. Evaluation of the questionnaire investigation will be carried out thereafter. The results will be presented in charts and graphs, there will be a discussion about the results. On the basis of the results will be proposed a recommendation for educational practice and a conclusion will be expressed.

The bachelor thesis deals with evaluation in selected secondary schools. The main aim of the theoretical part of this thesis is defining the main concepts, mapping types of evaluation, clarifying the objectives of evaluation with emphasis on the motivation of pupils. Another aim is to explain the importance of motivation in the evaluation focused on what the motivating evaluation should bring to pupils. Sources for processing the theoretical part of the work are professional literature, magazines and Internet resources. Knowledge from the literature, magazines and Internet resources are analyzed, compared and by synthesis are combined into a whole. The aim of practical part of the thesis is to determine the opinions of pupils of two chosen secondary vocational schools on the method of evaluation. These findings are focused on the opinion of pupils on evaluation by mark, evalu-ation by mark with the written comments and verbal evaluation. Another aim is to determine whether the pupils are motivated to learn by method of evaluation that is used at chosen schools.
Student's portfolio as a tool of formative assessment

The diploma thesis has got a theoretical and research character. The theoretical part deals with the school assessment and evaluation methods. Considerable attention is paid to formative assessment, portfolio and work with the assessment. The results of the research are presented in the research section, the research was focused on work with a portfolio in the concept of two different teachers. Innovative approaches to the assessment of pupils at primary education

In the theoretical part of the thesis we will define the term of assessment according to the literature and we will also present different types, functions and forms of assessment. The main part of the theoretical part is focused on final verbal assessment which is currently put on the same level within the educational system by the new Education Act as the traditional mark system. The development of this way of assessment since 1989 will be reflected. Advantages and disadvantages of this kind of assessment will be summed up in the thesis. Strategies which can help the teacher to collect the materials for the final verbal assessment effectively are also to be found in the thesis. Then, there will be the comparison of traditional and final verbal assessment. The form of final verbal assessment in Great Britain and in Germany will be introduced in the next part of the thesis. In the empirical part of the thesis we will examine the way of final verbal assessment in the primary schools' practice. Title of work: The condition development by Czech Ice Hockey Association performance tests in years 2014 and 2015 and the possibilities of its evaluation. Aim of work: The aim of this master's thesis is to research the development of fitness abilities in junior category and the possibilities of its evaluation. The main aim is to evaluate the results of tests from Czech ice hockey association database for preliminary period 2014 and 2015, and find out frequency of achieved performance, moreover compare it with indicative point value in model tests report. Thereafter, suggest oral evaluation for individual fitness tests. Method: Results were statistically processed in MS Office Excel and transcribed into charts. I set ten intervals for which I found out data. I always compound two intervals for the evaluation, therefore was created five point scale. I calculated the absolute frequency and relatively absolute frequency of given intervals. Cumulative values were calculated for both of them. I used oral evaluation, which was divided into five values. I orally evaluate what kind of prerequisites the player has for ice hockey according to the points which were gained in individual tests. Evaluation and classification in academic physical education

Title: Evaluation and classification in academic physical education Goals: The main goal of this work is to analyze the opinion of the current teachers of physical education on the methods of evaluation and classification in academic physical education within elementary and high schools. How is the relation of the tutors towards classification and verbal evaluation of the students within physical education and what are their main criteria for evaluation. Further, evaluate students questionnaires related to their opinion on given classification. Methodology: The methodology used in this work was a research questionnaire within 20 schools in Prague (10 elementary and 10 high). The first questionnaire, which was created for teachers, had 40 questions where the first 36 had a closed form and the remaining 4 questions had an open form, where respondents answered with their own opinion. The second questionnaire was created for students and had 39 questions. Only one answer was possible for each question. Only the last question had an open form. The questionnaire was focused on the ways of the evaluation of students within physical education, criteria for classification within physical education, scarcities and priorities of these ways of evaluation. Assessment and self-assessment in physical education at primary school

This thesis is focused on assessment in physical education and its impact on pupils' self-esteem and self-assessment. The theoretical part consists of personality and social characteristics of a child under school age, self-analysis as components of human self- mastery, and finally the theoretical content and forms of assessment at primary school with an emphasis on its objectives. The key chapter is the theoretical description of the concepts of evaluation in physical education. Research section is then devoted to determining the impact on self-assessment by comparing the parallel surveys and exploration of current trends in assessment in physical education.
