Dance as a Therapy

This diploma thesis concentrates on working with a group of children refugees coming from Ukraine, using elements of dance-movement therapy. The theoretical part focuses on introducing information about dance in general and its meaning for humans since tribal times, its processes and analysis of movement according to Laban methodology. The practical part focuses on describing how the project with refugees came to life and all the aspects connected to its evolvement and realization. Another part of the practical part of the thesis concentrates on a description of witnessed behaviors of the group and their evolution during the times the group met.
Healthy peer relationships within the context of inclusive education at the second stage of primary school

The main aim of my Bachelor thesis is the issue of relationships between children of the same age within the common education ? inclusion on the secondary school. School surroundings is a very important and significant factor, which helps childern to break out of dependence on adults and leads to self-reliance and responsibility. The significant part of the school surroundings are classmates and the class teacher. Their function is to form not only the climate of class, but also the climate of school. The inseparable part is also the assistant of the teacher. The aim of my thesis is to describe situations how can the pubescence pupil, who has a light brain disorder feel in school surroundings and how perceive it its classmates.

The influence of experiential education to their participants

The thesis deals with the influence of the various forms of experiential education on its participants. The theoretical part describes the basic terms of experiential education, its development, goals, forms, and principles. The empirical part consists of the qualitative research based on an observation method and a semi-structured interview whose aim was to analyse whether, and if so how, the experiential education used in the authorial project Saan influences its participants. The main aim of the thesis was to evaluate in what way are the participants influenced by the experiential education and then to compare this theoretical knowledge with the conducted research.
Siblings in a Group of Preschool Children and Their Artistic Expression.

The bachelor thesis deals with the options of art therapy approaches in the kindergarten environment. It focuses on the artwork of sibling pairs. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, it addresses the characteristics of child and childhood, and child development in physical, mental and social terms. It deals with the influence family and family environment, siblings and sibling constellations on the child's development. It also touches on the importance and content components of preschool education and exposure to peer group. It describes basic features of children's artistic expression and the theoretical possibilities of the overlap of art therapy to art in kindergarten. In the second, practical part of the thesis, case reports of four sibling pairs and an analysis of their artwork are presented, in the context of the circumstances and period of its origin. The research has been carried out in a kindergarten environment. The aim was to find out how the artistic expression of siblings reflects the experience of the family environment, how the siblings interact with each other and whether this fact appears in their artistic expression. We found out how the joint presence of these siblings affects their activity in the group and pointed out the possibility of opening the way to solving their adaptation problems and individual themes through artwork.

Pupil of a primary school and his/her social status

Annotation: The thesis includes both theory and original research. It focuses on a pupil in early childhood in the context of social group and school classroom. The thesis deals with the relationship between a pupil's classroom status and his academic results. The conclusions are based on the results of research of primary school pupils.
Groups as value added tax payers

This thesis is devoted to groups as value added tax payers. This concept was introduced into Czech law on 1st January 2008. A VAT group enables persons that meet the criteria required by the VAT Act to be considered a single taxable person, i.e. a single tax payer. The Czech VAT group legislation is based on article 11 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax. The aim of this thesis is to present and thoroughly analyze VAT group legislation in Czech law, and to point out certain pitfalls of this legislation, including its interaction with EU law, and the law of some of the other EU member states. A secondary goal is to assess the rate at which VAT groups are being used in the Czech Republic. The first chapter describes VAT group in EU law, and its introduction into the Czech legal order. The second chapter discusses the requirements that the law puts on members of a VAT group, with extra emphasis on the requirement of close binding of persons, including the membership of physical persons and non-taxable persons in a VAT group. The third chapter deals with VAT group as a subject of legal relations, describing in more detail the concept of a representative member and the responsibilities of a VAT group member.
