Folk groups in Horácko and their effect on child's interest in folk song

A thesis Folk groups in Horácko and their influence on the child's interest in folk song follows my bachelor thesis Folk song in Horácko and its use in school and out of school activities of children. The aim of this thesis is to determine the effect of the folk groups on the children's interest in regional folk song and to create a set of worksheets and teachers sheets, which may help teachers to teach about regional culture. The first part of the thesis deals with maping and a brief characteristic of child folk groups in Horácko, their location, number of children in primary school age and a chracteristic of music and textual side of folk songs. The second part is an analysis of questionnaire construction in elementary schools in region Horácko, specifically in region Vysočina, which is dominant for this ethnographic region. It focuses on the research whether there is a folk group, whether children can attend folk group in their surroundings and what effect that has on the perception of regional folk song, their knowledge, favor or tolerance. The last part includes worksheets for children and methodical sheets for teachers that are thematicaly focussed on individual parts of the year. Innovation of the FEP and SEPs according to the present trends of ICT education in primary schools and corresponding classes of grammar schools

The main objective of the thesis is to create a draft of a SEP, which is going to be used as an exemplary for the education of ICT in primary schools and corresponding classes of grammar schools. The exemplary SEP was created in connection with a new planned FEP and according to the present trends of ICT education, based on the possibilities of the usage of modern technologies. The reworked SEP deals with the knowledge expected for students to master and the resulting learning materials, which are supposed to be taught in schools during ICT lessons or during acohered educational field Man and the World of Work. The designed SEP is based on the evaluation of SEPs acquired from nine schools of South Bohemia region. These SEPs were analysed in details. The thesis also contains aqualitative research regarding the education of ICT. It surveyed the actual content of ICT lessons in primary schools and corresponding classes of grammar schools and it also finds out if the lessons correspond to the FEP and the school´s current SEP. The designed SEP is supported with several video-recordings of ICT lessons taught by the ICT department students of Pedagogical Faculty of the University of South Bohemia. They mostly cover the education of algorithmization, programming, use of cloud tools for creating web presentations and processing of information. They also taught about the usage of avoting device for physics classes in regards to the cross-curricular themes. The thesis is created within the OP RDE of the project Development of key competences in terms of subject didactics, cross-curricular themes and interdisciplinary relations (registration number CZ.02.3.68/0.0/0.0/16_011/0000660) and with a National Institute for Education for ICT and Man and the World of Work expert consultant Mgr. Daniela Růžičková.
A Set of Tasks for Laboratory Exercises for Specialization in Electrotechnics at Vocational School

This diploma thesis is focused on use of measuring interface myDAQ by National Instruments company in teaching of electrotechnical measurement at vocational school. The aim of this work is the design of set of suitable measuring tasks covering the curriculum in electrotechnical measurements for the 3rd and 4th class of study branch of 26 41 M/01 Electrotechnics. Description of the properties of the measuring interface myDAQ and the respective utility programme National Instruments Multisim is a part of this work. The practical part contains technological and photographic documentation of the various products that can be connected to the interface myDAQ. This thesis is built on the author's bachelor thesis.

The aim of the master's thesis is to clarify the concept of open clubs. Basic terms connected to an open club are defined in the first part of the thesis. Spontaneous activities and low-threshold approaches are the most important there. The principle of low-threshold approaches are typical also for other institutions, that are registered in law. It concerns low-threshold centres for children and youth. The origin, development, aiming and activities of these centres are described. The thesis explains open activities for young people offered by different leisure time centres. Also open clubs and Salesian centres offer these activities. The last chapter of this part shows basic differences between an open club and a low-threshold centre for children and youth. The second part of the thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the School Education Programme of a chosen centre carrying on an open club. The aim of the research is to find information about the open club in the document and evaluate the extent and the quality of the discovered details.
Teaching volleyball in elementary and secondary schools

This Diploma thesis deals with Teaching of volleyball at elementary schools and high schools. The main areas of interest are the way how volleyball is incorporated in lessons, differences and similarities in practicing in-game situations, students' knowledge of fundamental volleyball rules, the quality of school equipment for the game of volleyball, and the level of success for the realization of the proposed teaching model. By comparing volleyball teaching in the two levels of schooling, I conclude in the thesis that the game of volleyball is incorporated into PE in a similar fashion in both of them. Also, I found out that preparation activities are 20% more common at elementary schools. In addition, I found out that in-game situations training is similar in both levels and that schools are qualitatively equipped for the game of volleyball more or less on the same level. Last but not least, I found out that the overall knowledge of rules by students is very limited. To conclude, by applying the proposed teaching model there was seen an improvement in all the tested areas. This thesis might provide inspiration for the current and future PE teachers. Realization swimming lessons according to Framework Education Programme at elementary schools in Central Region

Title: Realization swimming lessons according to Framework Education Programme at elementary schools in Central Region Objectives: The aim is to find out whether the selected primary schools in the Central Region in the Czech Republic are schools that do not organize swimming lessons and what the reasons are leading to this decision. Methods: The main method used in this thesis was to conduct interviews using the survey. The survey was prepared on the website and sent by e-mail www.survio.cz elementary schools in the Central Region. Furthermore interview method was used with the deputy director of primary school Prague 9 - Hloubětín, which was created according to theoretical training to create polls. Results: Based on the survey, it was found that there were elementary schools in the Central Region, which do not organize swimming lessons. Even some elementary schools consider swimming lessons for completely unnecessary. Elementary schools that organize swimming lessons, they organized with the support of a swimming school. Thanks Decree 48/2005, schools can decide whether you can swim into school curriculum. A journey through time - prosect implementation in the after - school club by the school education programme

This bachelor's thesis deals with problems of creating of School education programme in after-school club with emphasis on mental, social and physical development of younger school age children. The thesis is divided into two parts. First part deals with function of leisure time relate to its pedagogic aspect. This part is also focused on after-school club and its importance, legislation and history. Last chapters of first part deal with appropriateness of School education programme. The second part of the thesis, the practical part, describes the realisation of the project "A journey through time" in the after-school club. This projects supports and develops natural interest in history of children. The goal of the thesis was finding out if the Project develops children's natural interest in history, improves their work in groups and betters their motoric skills. It results from realised observation that the Project really contributed to children's interest in history, project supported cooperation in groups and motoric skills were improved by use of various activities.
Implementation of the Man and Nature in the SEP of Grammar Schools from the perspective of manager

Final thesis analyzes some managerial skills SEP coordinators in the implementation of the Man and Nature to School Education Programmes. Verifies whether and to what extent the targeted use of managerial skills coordinators SEP especially from the perspective of communication. The work is based on the management theory of leadership. It uses the theoretical knowledge of the process of creation and effective functioning team. Another starting point for the documents related to curriculum reform in secondary schools in the Czech Republic. With the help of controlled structured interviews and additional survey was able to chart above issues and show some "best practices" applicable in other schools. Practical use of Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science Charles University in Prague for Education of Lower Grades of Primary School

The theme of this diploma thesis is Practical use of the Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague for Education of Lower Grades of Primary Schools. The main purpose is to chart current status of a theme of botanical garden in curricular documents, namely The Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and School Educational Programmes of chosen elementary schools located in Prague 2. Further, the presence of this theme is explored in the sample of schoolbooks for the 4th and the 5th grades of elementary schools. There is a questionnaire survey realized among teachers of the 4th and the 5th grades in the schools listed above. The aim is to find out, how much the Botanical Garden of the Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague is used for practical education. The results are shown in charts and graphs. The readiness of this botanical garden for practical education of lower grades pupils is found out by an interview with its vice-director. The next part of thesis contains planning and realizing a lesson with the 5th grade pupils. The lesson demonstrates a possibility of more frequent practical education in the botanical garden.
