How do teachers communicate in a professional context in terms of reporting, informing, administration. The concept of management, classroom management, what is the relationship of classroom management and school management. It explains the concept of competence, teacher competence, and further deals with one teacher's competence and that is communication. It presents the results of interviews and questionnaires about teachers and principals' communication in terms of informing, reporting and administration. It compares data obtained through interviews with teachers of kindergartens and primary schools with data obtained from questionnaires for directors of kindergartens and primary schools. Corporate Social Responsibility as part of Marketing Strategy

The aim of this Bachelor´s Thesis is the concept of corporate social responsibility and activities which this concept hides. This work also mentions the benefits of social responsibility for companies applying, critical voices, related concepts and terms, reporting and communication tools. In the practical part is an analysis of the perception of socially responsible companies from the perspective of consumers and the impact of corporate social responsibility on their buying behavior. For this purpose is involved a questionnaire survey, which is focused primarily on the Czech consumer. The aim is to determine whether the application of social responsibility can lead to greater demand for socially responsible products and which issues should companies focus on.
Software testing and test reporting in HP ALM

Bachelor thesis is devoted to detailed analysis of an issue of software testing, test reporting and quality assurance which is an integral part of software development. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate on the importance of test reporting and report creation in HP Application Lifecycle Management tool. Expected contribution of this thesis is the possibility to utilize the information included as a tutorial for report and dashboard creation as a supportive role for testing. Additionally, the contribution of this thesis is also extension of the the knowledge from literature and articles regarding testing, quality assurance and working with HP Application Lifecycle Management tool. The thesis is divided into three parts, which contain information about software quality, from assigning the requirement for product delivery to quality control and quality assurance and subsequent verification and validation. It expands knowledge in the area of software testing and explains various roles in the testing team. Thesis also includes testing documentation, which is utilized also for reporting. An important part of the testing is test reporting and employment of underlying metrics for quality measurement. The last part is devoted to the tutorial for report and dashboard creation in HP Application Lifecycle Management, which can be useful for the members of testing team.
Evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility Reports according to evaluation model “Národní cena ČR za CSR” in chosen company

Aim of the Marter's Thesis is to evaluate the level of CSR reporting in the company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. according to evaluation model "Národní cena ČR za CSR", i.e. by methodology KORP, and to determine company's strengths and weaknesses. After this analysis the Thesis provides recommendations and suggestions for improvement which could be helpful not only for the opportunity of participating and gaining "Národní cena ČR za CSR" award. The whole Thesis aims to provide the company a new and independent evaluation of its Corporate Social Responsibility according to another CSR evaluation methodology than currently used by Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. to open up new possibilities for future.
Cost management

This master thesis deals with cost management. Master thesis is firstly focused on definition of terminology in costing area. On example of Synthos Kralupy, company that passed deep change of information system, I try to demonstrate strength and weaknesses of tools and instruments which enable cost control. However the information system provides required information, it is necessary to define it and specify it. Even information system has to be developed and updated according to the management requirement and the latest trends. Each of information systems bring both, advantages and disadvantages described in this master thesis. Despite the high quality information base, the company faces difficulties with accuracy and accessibility of data. The main problem is methodology of stock evaluation of semi-finished and finished products. Due to change of IS, there was changed principle of evaluation from standard price to weight average with monthly period. Description of new calculation is described below. Based on processes applied in the company, I proposed new changes and I evaluated improvements done.
Corporate Reporting Solution Implementation, Basic Principles and Solutions in Cognos 8 BI

This thesis is focused on problems of reporting. Its goal is to provide a basic overview of concepts and technologies associated with reporting and demonstrate its unusual use on real-world example of a betting agency. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused primarily on getting insight into the subject. Concepts, basic principles and technologies used for reporting are defined here. In this part the optimal reporting structure is described and also an analysis of current state of the market of commercial reporting tools is prepared. The real-world problem of reporting is described in the practical part. Two exemplary reports are the output. The first analyzes the bet ticket and the other helps determine the courses of bets. On these practical examples there is shown the development consecution of the report from its business submission, business structure definition, ETL arrangements in IBM InfoSphere DataStage, development of the report using IBM Cognos 8 BI toolkit, till the analysis of the final report.
Corporate social responsibility and the methods of its measurement

The first chapter of the thesis is examining the topicality of corporate social responsibility. It pursues the historical progress of the concept, defines the fields of action for CSR, lists the particular activities and analyses the motivation of companies for such behavior. The second chapter attempts to answer the question why should we measure CSR and how should we report sustainability according to GRI standards. It also describes the known methods of CSR measurement in relationship with corporate performance. The third chapter introduces the company Johnson & Johnson. It analyses and rates the most recent company report of sustainability form 2007. In the conclusion the author presents his opinion on the given problems of measurement and reporting CSR activities.
