The Employment Rate Based on the Present Valid Legal Amendment and Role of the Employment Bureau

This thesis is based on the current status of unemployment in the Czech Republic, on the current applicable legislation, and it takes into account the latest regulations of the Labor Code and the Employment Act. It also focuses on the work of the employment bureaus, particularly their retraining activities. It also analyzes the issue of so-called illegal employment. The practical part of the thesis covers the situation on the labor market in the Kutná Hora region. We studied the rate of unemployment and its flow in the individual micro-regions. We analyzed the structure of job seekers in terms of education and age. We also focused on the problems of the youth, school graduates, foreigners and handicapped people on the labor market in the area. During the period in question we evaluated the active employment policy of the Kutná Hora employment bureau. Here we performed an analysis of retraining of the job seekers, their placement and success on the labor market. The thesis provides a picture of the employment policy in the Czech Republic, which can be used to acquire comprehensive knowledge of this area.
Where has the Kladno region's working class lost?

Kladno used to be one of the symbols of industry in the period before 1989, with a long tradition in coal mining and steel processing. And so the whole Kladensko been several generations of labor associated with these activities either directly in the industry itself or sector services necessary for the operation of mines and steel mills. The beginning of the nineties meant for this area great bewilderment and incomprehension, metallurgical and mining operations gradually ceased operating and the region began to grapple with a hitherto unknown phenomenon of unemployment. This thesis deals with the "destiny" of the region during the second half of the 20th century to the present. Qualitative research methods in the form of oral history interviews will try to map out the life stories of individuals associated with the aforementioned changes, to adapt to new social circumstances and views about their life before and after 1989. New concept of requalification educational program for field Hairdresser

The aim of the thesis is creating of own proposal of the educational program to applicants for retraining course for the field Hairdresser, which will include everything that a professional hairdresser has to know and control. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is further divided into two parts: the circle importance of the branch hairdressing in the past and present, then I focused on the educational goals of the branch hairdressing, course education, practical training. The second chapter deals with adult education, retraining and partial qualifications. System of comprehensive care for people with visual disabilities in Czech Republic

The thesis deals with the problem of blind people in the Czech Republic. It describes the care for the blind from their birth to an old age. It deals with the specifics of different age groups and describes organizations providing care for them. The thesis contains the current problems from the practical point of view, case studies and the interviews with blind people.
The solution of unemployment via tools of Active Labour Market Policies with deeper focus on retraining

The main topic of this paper is retraining as one of tools of unemployment solution and evaluation of effectivity of this instrument with regional extent at Decin county. The efficiency is surveyed as a linear relation between the skill-wise orientation of the training course and ability to gain a new job of the training attendants. The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate the most effective types of retraining in the district, the time interval of deleting of the job applicant from the register included. As a part of this work is evaluation of quality of the retraining course provided by its attendants and as well as their judgement of contribution of this program for following career development. I have used relevant data from information system of the Labour office, private files of the retraining attendants and questionaries from addressed respondents. Retraing is here considered not only bare remedy of the Active Labour Market Policy, but as well as one of significant elements of whole-life education. From this aspect retraining is understood as a tool of unemployment solution and supporting cultivation of human potential, not to say of human capital development. Normalization and the Czech rock scene

The introduction of the bachelor thesis Normalization and Czech rock scene focuses on the culture of the 1960s and the beginnings of rock music in the Czech lands. The main objective is to capture the rock music scene of the late '60s and '70s. The emphasis is on the normalization era. Part of the thesis delves into the Prague Cultural Center and its management of the music scene at the time, with a look at requalification exams for musicians. The concluding part of the thesis focuses on the Czech uderground and its core ideas. The featured key proponents of these ideas is the band The Plastic People of the Universe. The suppression of human rights and ideological interventions of the normalization era, to the contrary, bolstered the activities of the independent-rock music scene. The arrival of new wave influenced the development of rock music for years to come. The purpose of this thesis is a probe into the influence of normalization on the cultural scene and the reinforcement of ideas of freedom.
