Energy efficient mountain chalet

Master´s thesis is based on the design of energy efficient huts in the mountain resort Čenkovice . The specified property is currently located existing building mountain rescue . Land is the bigger size , medium steep , overgrown with trees higher . The existing building is of timber construction and is already inadequate to the needs of mountain rescue . The concept of the new HS object is to achieve the lowest power consumption of utility power to operate the building and to endeavor the least possible burden on the environment during construction. The new building is designed largely from natural materials , mostly of wood that form the supporting structure and it is well insulated. The house is rectangular in shape , with 2 floors and galleries. The first floor serves HS , second floor stay for ski school instructors . The rooms are oriented to the southwest side . The building uses solar energy to power and ventilation is forced.

Detached house

The bachelor thesis has been solving a design of a detached house in Naměšt´ nad Oslavou of Třebíč district. The detached house has been designed as a two-floor house, partly cellared with a flat roof. The projet was created with the main aim of creating a permanent living for a four- member family. A garage is a part of the project too. Perimeter walls of the basement are made of concrete blocks poured by concrete and for perimetric walls of the elevated floor were used Porotherm brick blocks stuffed with mineral isolation. A monolitic ceiling construction is combination of iron and concrete.A lot is located on a southern subtle slope. A part of the project is a technical evaluation, fire emergency measures, other calculations and outcome of building physics. The thesis is elaborated in the form of implementing project, a drawing and documentary part is included.

Primary School

Thesis Theme is a primary school, namely the outbuilding primary school Havlíčkův Brod, Konečná 1884. I suggest first grade pavilion and pavilion with school canteen with kitchens. Pavilions are based on the footings. Pavilions are designed as a two-way system from the wall HELUZ. Construction of ceiling are from ferroconcrete slabs are cross reinforced, single-layer roof is flat with a classic sequence of layers. In addition to construction and process layout I solved also the statics of building in specialize of concrete structures. The following are also evaluated heat and acoustic requirements and requirements for fire safety of buildings. New pavilions are solved as wheelchair accessible. Pavilion of the first grade has two floors with 5 classes of stem, 1 vocational and 2 classes are earmarked for after-school clubs. This pavilion is connected to the connecting neck between the former pavilon A and pavilion B. Dining pavilion has one floor, which is divided in the school canteen and kitchen is connected to the connecting neck leading to the gym. The land is mildly sloping to the south side. All consstructions comply with the applicable standards and recommendations ČSN.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is design newly-built single-family house in Třebíč – Podklášteří, street Kaštanová. The house is designed for four-member family. The house is designed as two-storey house, with partial basement, with built-in garage and with warm flat roof. External walls in basement are made of concrete blocks. External walls in above-ground floors are of brick blocks Porotherm. Plot is gently sloping. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment.

Detached House in Lezník

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is a newly constructed detached house in Lezník. The building is designed on a plot 236. The land is flat. The Bachelor´s Thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation. This is detached house with a basement and two floors. The house has partial basement. The house was built by Porotherm brick – type blocks and Miako hollow ceiling bricks. The roof above the living area is a saddle. The roof above the garage is flat. All constructions were done according to valid CSN code. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding buildings.

The theme of this bachelor work is a masonry house. This house with two floors and gable roof is designed from Porotherm. The main entrance to the house is designed from north side, access road to the building from the east. The building is situated on gently sloping land.
