Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním vybraných způsobů ocenění vhodných pro stavební pozemky. Zaměřuje se na stanovení tržní ceny pozemků a ceny pozemků dle oceňovacích předpisů v lokalitě Blížkovice a jejího okolí. Pro tuto práci jsem si vybrala deset zastavěných pozemků v uvedené lokalitě. Pozemky jsou oceněny podle oceňovacích předpisů, Naegeliho metodou třídy polohy a indexovou porovnávací metodou. Na základě jejich ocenění vyhodnocuji míru odlišností mezi výsledky. The thesis compares selected methods of valuation that are suitable for building lands. It is focused on settings of the market price of lands and the prices of lands based on pricing rules in the locality Blížkovice and its surroundings. Ten built-up lands in this locality were chosen. Lands were valued based on a pricing rules, Naegeli method class of lokality and index comparative method. and the rate of differences between the results of individual evaluations was evaluated.
