Competence of a personnel officer

The competencies of the personnel officer have been researched many times recently. It is rather complicated to establish the competencies of professionals in the area of personnel procedure, it is necessary to consider type and size of the organization, where the l personnel officer acts, the organization's culture, strategy, position of the personnel manager, etc. The authorities and responsibility for decision making, concerning personnel consequences, are more and more deputed to the line executive staff. They have the decisive power during the selective procedure; they are responsible for performance rating and remuneration of the staff, they co-decide the leading of the career, etc. In this way the line executive staffs obtain responsibility not only for vocational activity, but also for the selective procedure. There is a movement from traditional, reactive and administrative role of the HR department to an active counselling role, where the elements of the traditional role of the HR department are deputed to the line managers. Management of HR Processes

The thesis is focused on the management of HR processes within the organization. The theoretical part due to a strategic approach to human resource management strategies for dealing with the organization, personnel strategies and the related staffing policy. Furthermore, the tasks and goals of human resources management. Personnel work developed in three stages, namely personnel administration, personnel management and human resource management. Last but not least of the various HR functions. The practical part is devoted to analyzing the current state of HR management in a specific organization, which is a provider of broadband, television and telephony services. Necessary information and data were obtained through a controlled interview with the personnel manager and questionnaire survey among employees. In the end, there is an overall assessment of personnel management in the company, and based on the suggestion of several recommendations to improve the current situation.

This diploma thesis focuses on the process of recruitment and selection of new employees in selected companies. The work is structured into theoretical and practical. The practical part deals with mapping the current process of recruitment and selection of new employees. Its part and also the objective of this work is to suggest amendments that could make the process more efficient in future. Suggestions for improvement are based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part in connection with current process in the company.

The thesis deals with the optimization of the use of corporate structures to increase the performance of the organization and the achievement of corporate objectives. The thesis analyzes the job in a company in terms of product characteristics, activities, conditions, actions and assumptions activities. The thesis includes an analysis of skills and competencies of individual employees. The design elements are formulated descriptions of new jobs and their integration into corporate structures, proposals for re-training, training and termination of employment with the company staff. The economic evaluation of the thesis are clearly summarized the calculations of costs and benefits.

I will create a programme of fuzzy logic called OCCUPATIONAL INSPECTOR wherebly personnel managers will analyse and check their employees and therably save a part of financial resources which would otherwise be spent on external subject.

The theoretical part defines the concept of human resource management, human resource management activities, organizational integration and organization of the human resources department, the role of HR manager and HR business partner. The practical part summarizes examples of best practice and influence of HR business partners in the Czech Republic. It also analyzes the role of HR manager as HR business partner in the selected company. The bachelor's thesis is prepared by using literature, Internet resources, internal documents and interview with HR business partner.

This bachalor paper consists of analyse of employment in exemplary corporation. I made own list of questions for junior manager. The term " progress of employees" I conceived from a moment, when employee started to work in this company. I got five answers. I discribed history and charakteristics of company. The results of list of questions indicate, that most of managers did not want to be junior managers at first moment. In this company work many young people and they at the same time are students too. Young people evocate the high fluactuation. The company is relatively young and developing. The main strategy of company is acheaving new clients and building up own great post on the market. The stable staffing is second point.
Job Applicant`s Self-Presentation in Written Form Before an Interview

The graduation thesis deals with the function of a CV in the process of finding an employment, particularly in the period before a face-to-face job interview. The subject matter is observed from the point of view of the employer and of the job applicant as well. In the theoretical part, the crucial terms are explicated and the preparations before the appointment are described. The practical part of the thesis confronts and observes theoretical information taken from a sample that consisted of sixty real CVs. Data in the theoretical part is compared with real facts. On the basis of this confrontation, conclusions concerning various categories as well as the whole issue are made.
