This material informs readers about implementation of strategy in company. The chapter number 1 (theoretical part) deals with the general principals of implementation of strategy and methods which are used for practise. This part should be instrumental as a theoretical base for the practical part. The sekond part (analysis) is focusing on running of comapany Komerční pojišťovna, a.s.. It describes history of company, its activities, organization structure. First of all it characterizes the methods, which are used by top management for implementation of strategy to all stages of management. Part of analysis is called questionnaire examination and it identifies fruitfulness of this implementation from employees view. The third part prezents proposals and recommendations for more efficient processes.

The Assessment of the Current State of the Circulation of Selected Parts of Documents in a Large Organisation, Particularly Issuing an Invoice. The analysis deals mainly with large organisations, where an invoice is issued by the chief accounting office on the basis of information supplied by particular organisation units. A worker in an organisation unit creates a requirement for an invoice that is sent to the chief accounting office after having been approved. Here an accountant issues an invoice or sends the requirement back to be completed if some information is missing. Process Description, Introducing the Process into the Information System of an Organisation The analysis aims at making processes in large organisations efficient through information systems, exploiting information and speeding up the circulation of documents.

TITLE: Organization Structure of a Basic School of Arts AUTHOR: Iveta Sinkulová ABSTRACT: My bachelor thesis "Organization Structure of a Basic School of Arts" sets a goal to research which organization structures are applied at basic schools of arts, how the jobs of headmaster and heads of departments are incorporated into the Org Chart and which tasks are delegated to them in terms of the management of teaching process. The first thing performed was descriptive research. Then the work of deputy headmaster and heads of departments is analysed and areas for delegation of tasks and corresponding jobs are suggested. Based on research of Org Charts of some other schools of arts, this work could be a clue how to set up and work on the structure or how to deal with its possible changes. My research and conclusions will well serve to the headmasters of basic schools of art, who care about how to control the teaching process and better organize the jobs. The output should provide a holistic view on the subjects. Org Charts should be a live document and not just a formal thing.

Strategic Approach to an Entity Setup: Designing a Process-based Organizational Structure

The focus of this thesis is to provide a complex framework for design of process-based organizational structure, which is currently lacking in the academic literature. Thesis starts with development of a complex process improvement framework, continues by developing process/activity owner assignment framework and connects the process management with design of organizational structure. The developed framework consists of two parts, the "As Is" analysis, capturing the current state of affairs and the "To Be" design developing an optimal arrangement. A basic evaluation tool is provided to assess the effects of changes to the process structure. Practical part applies newly developed framework in a business entity. The process improvement is used to design new process-based organizational structure, which in terms of efficiency surpasses the current matrix organizational structure. Management of organization in the process of change

The Diploma thesis a case study monitors the process of implementing supervision in a specific medical institution that cares for vulnerable children up to three years of age. The aim of the change is to create a space for self-reflection for the employees of the organization, to support the learning process and the change. In the context of the transformation of foster care, the aim of this thesis is to support resilience when coping with change and to facilitate an open dialogue between the management and employees. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition and explanation of the related terms. I present the ethical aspects of the case study and the methodology in the empirical part of the thesis. It is followed by data analysis, a description of the change process, an assessment of the organization's input status prior to the implementation of the change, and an evaluation of the organization's statut nine months after the change was introduced.
