This paper deals with object detection where a human figure is used as a model. The introductory chapter defines terms detection and object. The second chapter describes the basic theory of computer vision , such as image processing and its parts. A substantial part is also focused on the Canny edge detection, upper body detection and pose detection. The third chapter describes the MATLAB integrated development environment in which the image processing functions are implemented. The last chapter is a practical demonstration of object detection. Different upper body detection methods are compared there. In the last subsection, two methods of determining the deviations based on the template are compared. Finally, all methods are compared with respect to the obtained results.

Safety assessment of operator activities for WHN 13 CNC horizontal boring machine

The diploma’s thesis deals with the current state of requirements for products resulting from directives of the European Parliament and the European Council. The aim of the thesis is a system analysis of the issue, proposal and justification of the chosen procedure for solving the objectives. Furthermore, the analysis of requirements of current standards and safety analysis related to the work of machine operators in the areas of operation, service and maintenance of horizontal boring machine WHN 13 CNC. The analysis is followed by a proposal for preventive measures for hazards where the value of risks and criticality is unacceptable, leading to their reduction.

Proposal for the Improved Salary Structure in the Company

The bachelor thesis analyzes the motivation of the staff and the salary structure in the theoretical part. The practical part consists of the research by questionnaire as a main instrument which is used during the research. The questionnaire contains questions about the evaluation system of the staff and according to the research the solution for a new salary structure and for the staff motivation was suggested. At the end of this thesis there is a proposal for the improved salary structure and motivation system which will be more preferable in the staff.

Server for Data Communication between Drones

This master thesis focuses on the transfer of flight and multimedia data between operators and drones for better real-time mission planning and coordination. A program has been developed that primarily provides these services. The work emphasizes robustness, reusability and extensibility, allowing the creation of modules such as detection or 3D reconstruction from the transmitted data. In addition, modules for flight and multimedia data storage and a module for vehicle detection from shared images have been developed in this work. Experiments were performed to evaluate the response time, the required computational resources and the used connection bandwidth.

The complexity of the profession of operator of a medical operating center not only during a pandemic

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the demanding nature of the job of a medical dispatch center operator, not only during the pandemic. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the work and structure of the emergency medical service, the activities, history, and current state of the medical dispatch center, the job duties and demanding nature of the profession of a medical dispatch center operator, and also describes the Covid-19 pandemic. The practical part of the bachelor thesis contained four objectives and four research questions. The first objective was to map out the demanding nature of the job of a medical dispatch center operator. The second objective aimed to map out the changes in the work of medical dispatch center operators that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. The third objective investigated the direct impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on individual medical dispatch center operators. The last objective of this bachelor thesis was to determine how medical dispatch center operators evaluate their preparedness for the job of a medical dispatch center operator. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis was conducted using a semi-structured interview with nine medical dispatch center operators from Pardubice, Jihlava, and České Budějovice. The interview consisted of twenty-four questions, which were divided into nine categories for better clarity. All objectives of this bachelor thesis were fulfilled based on the answers to all research questions. It was found that the job of medical dispatch center operators is undoubtedly demanding, especially from a psychological and communicative standpoint. It was also found that the work of medical dispatch center operators changed during the Covid-19 pandemic, which did not have a significant impact on the operators due to the nature of their profession. We positively evaluate the current preparedness of medical dispatch center operators for their profession. However, the research pointed to insufficient preparedness of medical dispatch center operators before starting this profession.

Operator for MariaDB Galera Cluster in OpenShift

Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvoriť riadený systém databázových serverov, ktorý je schopný sa adaptovať a reagovať na ich aktuálne zaťaženie. Riešenie tohto problému nachádzame práve v najnovšej platforme, určenej pre riadenie a nasadenie OpenShift 4 postavenej na základoch softwaru Kubernetes. Použitím operátora ako mysle celého OpenShift clustra, zodpovedného za nasadenie, vyvažovanie záťaže, detekciu zlyhaní a zotavenie po zlyhaní MariaDB kontajneroch, môžeme zabezpečiť, že bude databáza bezproblémovo fungovať, dokonca aj pri najvyšších špičkách záťaže počas dňa. Na replikáciu medzi databázovými servermi sa využíva softvér Galera vo vnútri každého MariaDB servera, ktorý zabezpečuje konzistentný obsah.

Damages liability of ski resort operator

v německém jazyce Haftung des Skigebietsbetreibers für Schäden stellt ein spezifisches Rechtsproblem in der Tschechische Republik dar, das in der wissenschaftlichen Umgebung oft übersehen wurde. Diese Arbeit soll grundlegende Orientierung des Skigebietsbetreibers in der unübersichtlichen Rechtslage dienen. Gleichzeitig können Sie hier eine Inspiration finden, wie man das Skigebiet besser absichert soll, damit man die Entstehung von potenziellen Schäden verhindern kann. Für diese Problematik ist die rechtliche Verankerung grundlegend, die wir in der öffentlich-rechtlichen und auch in zivilrechtlichen Normen finden. Von den öffentlich- rechtlichen Normen kann man das Gesetz über Bahnen Nr. 266/1994 Sb. erwähnen, das den Betrieb von Seilbahnen, Sesselliften und Skiliften reguliert. Eine wichtige Rolle spielt auch die Tschechische technische Norm "ČSN 01 8027 über Markierung und Absicherung in dem Wintergebieten", die die Markierung, Absicherung und Bewegung in dem Skigebiet verankert. Ohne Rücksicht auf die Rechtsverbindlichkeit der technischen Norm soll der Skigebietsbetreiber sich an diese Norm halten. Integrated pollution prevention and environmental protection

Thesis describes the latest legislation of integrated pollution prevention and control effective in the Czech Republic after 19 March 2013 including relevant European Union law especially Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control). First two chapters deal with the sources and principles of integrated pollution prevention and control (hereinafter only "IPPC"), focusing on the principle of a comprehensive approach to the environment and its integrated protection, the principle of prevention and on public involvement in the IPPC permit procedure. The fourth chapter explains selected basic terms of IPPC, such as installation, permit and Best Available Techniques (BAT). In the field of BAT thesis deals with the new status of the Reference Document on Best Available Techniques (BREF) in the IPPC permit procedure, with the procedure for the drawing up and reviewing of BREFs, with their structure and with the exchange of information on BAT. The characteristic feature of today's human is the ability to produce complex tools and then use them to influence their surroundings for their own benefit. Thus man constantly influences his surroundings by the activity of the world, and the energy that he makes from himself, he returns sooner or later in a different form. They are very often negative influences affecting his or her mental and health condition, which derives from the correct or gradually worsening human physiology. In this bachelor thesis, we will not only deal with selected physiological functions without which we would not survive for a long period of time, but also with the impact on these functions of monotony, which is a frequent problem of many of today's professions. In this case, we will deal with the harvester operator post.
