Analysis of the state of vocational training of employees in a selected non-state non-profit organization focused on the field of charity

The aim of the bachelor thesis is an analysis and investigation of current staff training in a non-profit non-governmental organization focused on charity. For this purpose was selected the non-profit organization Regional Charity Pelhřimov. This organization provides services for people in distress and in social need. The theoretical part explains the concepts and methods of professional education of employees. In the practical part a research was conducted using a questionnaire survey. This questionnaire was submitted to employees and the manager in order to determine the state of the vocational training of employees with the regard to institutional requirements. The results of the research were compared and in the conclusion there were suggested possibilities how to make the education more effective in the future.
Vocational education in the context of career preferences during the Covid pandemia and in the previous period.

The diploma thesis on the topic of vocational education in the context of career preferences during the Covid pandemic and in the previous period deals in the first part with the specification of the concept of vocational education and then describes the development of vocational education in the Czech Republic. The current state of vocational education with opportunities in the educational path of students is mentioned here. The work is further focused on the socio-psychological concept in the choice of profession for students. The factors and actors who enter the choice of profession are listed. The empirical part of the work addresses the preferences in the choice of profession in the reflection of the Covid period. Changing preferences of students entering the labor market are identified. The diploma thesis verifies the assumptions about the change of preferences when choosing a profession and these are determined on the basis of a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were sent to students of secondary vocational schools in the Karlovy Vary region. Perceptions of students' preferences in choosing a profession were also ascertained among secondary vocational school teachers in the same region. Analysis of Czech and German secondary vocational education

The bachelor thesis "Analysis of Czech and German secondary vocational education" deals with the educational systems in both countries, focusing on secondary vocational education. In the first part of the paper, educational systems of both countries are presented in relation to the legislative framework as well as to the political debate on their possible changes. In the second part of the thesis, both systems of the secondary vocational education are thoroughly analyzed. The third part of the thesis consists of a case study that describes the collaboration between the company Gerresheimer Horšovský Týn and the Vocational School Domažlice. This cooperation leads to the adoption of some elements of German dual education system (Duale Ausbildung) into the Czech system of vocational education. At this point, the analysis is accompanied also by the examination of the reflection of this activity in the local newspaper called Domažlický deník. Dental hygienist as a teaching staff

Dental hygiene is a modern, fast-growing field, so it is very important to ensure proper teaching. As dental hygienists care and participate actively in patient health, they should receive the best possible instruction so that they can pass on and use their knowledge. High-quality teaching is a necessity, unfortunately sometimes the appropriate level of teaching is not ensured for various reasons. The bachelor thesis deals with these questions - what is the level of teaching? Where are the shortcomings? How do students, graduates and representatives of fields evaluate the teaching? In the practical part I use the questionnaires and interviews to identify shortcomings and problems in teaching, summarize the findings and then propose solutions to how the level of vocational training for dental hygienists could be improved, how to ensure a more qualified knowledge transfer. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the teaching of vocational subjects and practical teaching of dental hygiene, to find out the satisfaction of students and to propose changes in the teaching of vocational subjects and practical training.
