Implementation of 8-bit microprocessor into FPGA chip
Walletzký, Ondřej ; Dvořák, Vojtěch (referee) ; Bohrn, Marek (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of microprocessor compatible with one of 8-bit microcontrollers manufactured by Microchip company. Theoretical part of this thesis analyzes architectures of 8-bit PIC microcontrollers, picks one of these microcontrollers and describes its architecture and function of its subcircuits. Practical part deals with design of architecture compatible in terms of instruction execution, internal data flow and subcircuit behavior, all this to achieve the best possible program portability from target microcontroller. The last part of thesis describes method of processor implementation into FPGA chip and mentions potential design differences for ASIC implementation. It also deals with verification and method of programming.
Research and Development of OnChip Solid Amalgam Microelectrode for the Detection of Biomacromolecules
Tkáčová, Tereza ; Drbohlavová, Jana (referee) ; Hrdý, Radim (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is utilising of amalgam electrodes in electrochemistry, especially for diagnostics of biomakromolecules and DNA. There will be designed a suitable method of amalgamation, applicated on 64-electrodes chip system in the practical part. Several substances will be tested on amalgam electrodes and then the results will be processed and evaluated.
Multiple-funktion steering wheel Formule Student
Paulus, Luboš ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
The Master‘s thesis deals with a creating of display writers on multiple-function steering wheel Formule Student. It is mainly about dates transfered through RS232 or CAN bus from control unit of the Formule to microcontroller. First of all it is necessary to find out, which informations and a which way of displaying them are more useful and readable for drivers. This leads to another point - right choice of display writers, which will be used on the steering wheel. Creation of the design and construction of display device follows.
Driver and Hardware Module of MiWi Protocol for Linux
Hala, Martin ; Kořenek, Jan (referee) ; Novotný, Tomáš (advisor)
The master's thesis is about a communication element - a hardware module, its design and implementation. The communication is to be maintained between a Linux embedded device and the sensors elements, using the MiWi protocol. The task is part of the IoT project, developed at FIT BUT. Furthermore, the paper describes design of a driver for the module, its likely solution, as well as the very implementation. Finally, the obtained experience is discussed in a summary, along the next step options on how to proceed further with the driver development.
Laboratory board with microcontroller
Vozár, Viliam ; Čožík, Ondřej (referee) ; Levek, Vladimír (advisor)
The submitted paper is about proposal, realization and testing of educational board for microcontroller PIC24FJ which is able to demonstrate almost every possibilities of used microcontroller. Basics proposal is in the form of block scheme, which is in following parts of paper deeper developed with precise involvement of every used device. In the paper is described the earlier mentioned microcontroller, its most important modules, and all other used device. In paper there is also described the process of functional testing of created educational board.
Time Measurement for Firesport with Wireless Sensors
Šostý, Radim ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of flexible modular electronic stopwatch system for use in resport. One of the advantages of the system is possibility of using wireless communication with sensors and displays. Developed system consist of main control unit, external display, wireless modules for communication with the sensors and desktop application that collects data and controls the system. Solution of system components, communication between them and method of time synchronization of wireless devices is also described in this thesis.
FITkit as a Programmer of Microcontrollers
Mareš, Jan ; Strnadel, Josef (referee) ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis explores the possibilites of using FITkit as a programmer of Microchip PIC and Atmel AVR microcontrollers. It describes methods of microcontroller programming and procedures that need to be followed to program a microcontroller. It also details the implementation of a FPGA design able to program these microcontrollers and a corresponding application for PC. At last, it evaluates the results, with focus at programming speed.
Firmware for Multi-Unit Wireless Sports Timekeeping Device
Gál, David ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
This paper describes the design and subsequent implementation of software for multi-unit wireless sports timekeeping device. Used hardware is based on a different thesis and is composed of a control, the primary unit, and end, secondary, units. Both types are equipped with 16-bit PIC24F microcontrollers and wireless communication is catered by RF modules broadcasting in the 868MHz band. The design is aimed primarily at wireless use of secondary units to measure time and to eliminate measurement errors associated with wireless transmission. It also deals with reducing the consumption of units and the use SD cards to store the measured times. Implementation is done in C.
Module for Measuring Temperature and Humidity with Ethernet Interface
Brzobohatý, Lukáš ; Novotný, Tomáš (referee) ; Hájek, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this work is the design and implementation module for measuring temperature and humidity, which sends the measured values via the Ethernet interface. The core module is the Microchip PIC18F67J60 microcontroller with integrated Ethernet controller. Temperature and humidity sensor is realized by SHT15 communicating via the serial interface. Valuable is solved using the HTTP server. HTTP server is part of the TCP / IP stack freely available directly to the manufacturer Microchip. Measured values are displayed in the user interface, which is solved by web applications.
Allergic phenotypes in patients with respiratory allergy evaluated by microchip ISAC technique
Porubová, Petra ; Andrýs, Ctirad (advisor) ; Drahošová, Marcela (referee)
Charles University Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biological and Medical Sciences Author: Bc. Petra Porubová Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Ctirad Andrýs, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Allergic phenotypes in patients with respiratory allergy evaluated by microchip ISAC technique Key words: allergic inflammation, allergen specific IgE, component resolved diagnostics, microchip, ISAC Background: The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the sensitization profile in the group of pacients with allergic rhinitis and/or bronhial asthma and to identify possible differences between patients with different disease severity. Methods: ImmunoCAP ISAC was used to determine specific IgE antibodies against 112 allergen components. The evaluated group included 152 patients (57.9 % women) from the allergology outpatient office of the Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergology, University Hospital Hradec Králové. Results: The most common allergens in this group of patients were the components Phl p 1 (68,4 %) and Bet v 1 (65,1 %). Differences in the number of positive and negative reactions were demonstrated between patients with different severity of allergic rhinitis. Correlations were found between the number of positive/negative reactions and the severity of bronchial asthma. And the...
