The goal of this BA thesis is to analyze the current ocmbination compensation in Mediaservis Ltd. Furthermore propose a new adaptive rewarding system for operators, based on enguiry among employees. Suggested approach should improve the actual combination compensation in order to highly motivate operators and encourage them to achieve their personal goals.

The first part of this thesis focuses on theory, which is necessary for understanding the system possibilities. The second part clarifies actual situation in company. The conclusion suggests possible changes.

In this bachelors's thesis is presented evaluation and remuneration system in specific company. Investing in human resources is important but underestimated part in some companies. Although satisfied and correctly motivated employee is a key to gain competative advantage in crowded market. The desk study is attend to different kinds of evaluation, further more it analyses remuneration and motivation. The practical part of this work contains present conditions in the firm which is background for my own solution. This research is based on questionnare and interview with owner.

The subject of thesis „Increasing the efficiency“ of personnel work is the analysis of the current state of personnel work Brno branch of Merz s.r.o. to increase the efficiency of personnel work. Increasing the efficiency of personnel work should be achieved to increase profits and improve the economic situation of Merz s.r.o. The theoretical part of this work focuses primarily on individual areas of personnel work, namely motivation, communication, evaluation and remuneration and training. Also there is space devoted to dealing with the hierarchical structure of society and its leadership. These findings, together with an analysis of the current situation are used to propose changes that will lead to increase the efficiency of personnel work, and the goal of improving the economic situation of the company.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of employee remuneration system in selected company. The thesis was divided into a theoretical part, an analysis of the current system of remuneration and how it is affected external and internal environment. With the help of a questionnaire survey and an interview with the employee, deficiencies in the current remuneration systems were defined and from them, own proposals for improving the current employee remuneration systems and their economic evaluation were derived.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze human resource management system in a chosen organization, summarize the results, evaluate them and then prupose changes that would contribute to improve the current state. Human resources are the most important resource an organization has and it is essential to treat them properly. The research was conducted by spreading out questionnaire survey, interviewing the members of personnel department, examinating internal regulations and observating the workplace and its conditions. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part summarizes the most important knowledge connected with human resource management. The practical part contains the basic characteristics of the chosen organization, the methodology of the research, analysis of the current state and the last part includes recommended improvements and conclusion.
Motivation and remuneration of employees in a medium-sized company-mas

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the state of remuneration of employees, the way of their motivation and suggest a possible change of the system based on the found results. The aim of the first, theoretical part is the synthesis of professional publications, the output of which will be a literary overview. The comprehensive view of the issue is set and there are analysed the most important theoretical findings relating to the medium-sized business, motivation, motivation theory, motivation and remuneration, remuneration management and its objectives, rewards and work performance, the structure and form of wages, evaluation of work, the most common forms of wages, employee benefits, MS as an instrument for motivation and remuneration. The course of the research is presented in the practical part and it is carried out in the XY health insurance company. At first, this organization is briefly described and then a self-directed research is conducted through a questionnaire survey of counter staff, client centre managers and project managers / shoppers, the current state of employee remuneration and motivation is analysed.Subsequently, an analysis of the effect of the IMS reward compared with the adoption of IMS and motivation for improvement of client center managers and counter-staff is performed. Thus the data obtained from the questionnaire survey with the data provided by the company on IMS remuneration are compared. Finally, the acquired data are evaluated, suggested recommendations for improvement of the situation and a summary of the work is drawn up.
