Práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců, a to konkrétně na teoretickou část, analýzu současného systému zaměstnanců několika poboček ve vybrané společnosti a vlastní návrh jednotného systému odměňování zaměstnanců přispívající k lepší efektivitě a zlepšení odměňování. Práce je určena jak pro vybranou společnost, tak pro jiné zaměstnavatele řešící podobný problém, nebo pro zájemce v tomto tématu. The thesis is focused on the employee remuneration system, consisting of the theoretical part, analysis of the current employee remuneration system of several different branches in the chosen company and the proposal of a new unified employee remuneration system contributing to better effectivity and improvement of remuneration. The thesis is made for the chosen company, as well as other employers dealing with the same problem, or for others interested in this topic.
