akalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu systémů odměňovaní zaměstnanců ve vybrané společností. Prace se děli na teoretickou část, analýzu současného stavu systémů odměňovaní a vlivy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Pomoci dotazníkového šetřeni a rozhovoru se zaměstnancem byly vymezení nedostatky v současnem systémů odměňovaní a z nich byly vyvozené vlastni návrhy na zlepšeni současného systémů odměňovaní zaměstnanců a jejich ekonomické zhodnoceni. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of employee remuneration system in selected company. The thesis was divided into a theoretical part, an analysis of the current system of remuneration and how it is affected external and internal environment. With the help of a questionnaire survey and an interview with the employee, deficiencies in the current remuneration systems were defined and from them, own proposals for improving the current employee remuneration systems and their economic evaluation were derived.
