The main topics are publishing information in insolvency register, delivering through the data mailboxes and insolvency register and form and requirements of insolvency proposal. The main goal is to elaborate problems relating with computerization of insolvency proceeding, comparing differences between computerization of civil proceeding and insolvency proceeding and bringing solution of this problems.
Legal regulation of service in civil proceedings

This thesis deals with the process of service of documents in civil proceedings. The thesis is based on an analysis of current legislation, which is in the introductory chapter supplemented for completeness with historical excursus to the development of this area of law in past. The thesis is for clarity divided according to the individual manners of service. Each of these methods of service of documents is subject to detailed analysis, and there is pointed out on shortcomings with respect to every manner of service. The aim is not only to analyze comprehensively the issue of service in civil proceedings, but also to point out the application problems that may arise today in connection with the contemporary legislation in practice. The author devotes considerable attention to data-boxes and their role in the process of service of documents, both in the direction from parties to the proceedings to the court and in the opposite direction. Besides electronic forms of service represented by data-boxes and e- mail, the thesis also deals with other methods of service, especially by means of a delivering body. Data boxes as a method of delivery in civil proceedings

The title of the thesis is "The data-boxes as a delivery method in civil proceedings". The thesis describes the significance of data-boxes in civil proceedings and deals with electronization of the legal institute of delivery. Delivery constitutes one of the basic legal institutes of civil proceedings which has undergone many changes in recent years. The key source of law for the given topic is law No. 99/1963 Coll., the Civil Procedure Code, as amended, especially by the amending law No. 7/2009 Coll., which has introduced obligatory use of the data-box-system in civil proceedings, and law No. 300/2008 Coll., on the Electronic Acts and Authorized Document Conversion, as amended, which has incorporated data-boxes into our legal system. The aim of the thesis is the analysis and subsequent comparison of the advantages of delivery via data-boxes. The thesis compares and evaluates various methods of delivery - delivery by means of a delivering body and by means of the public data network, i.e. particularly by means of an e-mail with electronic signature and by means of a data-box. The bachelor's thesis "Institutional Communication in the Czech Republic Focused on Ministry of Interior and the Project Electronisation of Public Administration" targets the specifics of public institutions' marketing communication. The principal objective is to describe major approaches to the theory of institutional communication in different aspects comprising Structural Functionalism, Institutional Economy, Conversational Analysis, Toronto School of Communication Theory and most recent exploratory studies in the theory of social communication and marketing communication in 2011. Based on the broad and narrow context of the terms eGovernment and eDemocracy and taking advantages of the primary and secondary research it analyses two stages of marketing communication campaign of Data Boxes project in 2009, institutionally falling within the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic. Electronic communication Czech Social Security Administration from the client's perspective

The thesis introduces the usage of electronic communication options between client and public authority. The paper provides an overview of communication channels, methods and frequency of their use, opinions on the feasibility and method of processing data. The main objective is to evaluate the use of electronic communication of natural and legal persons with the Czech Social Security Administration and vice versa. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts and legislative base. Practical part presents an analysis of the use of specific communication channels and the opinions of experts. The result of a questionnaire survey and statistical evaluation by Chi - square test is the clients look at the electronic communication with the Czech Social Security Administration.
Development of electronisation of local administration of Zábřežsko micro region in relation with e-government

Thesis "Development of an electronisation of local administration of Zábřežsko micro region in relation with eGovernment"examines the issues of the development of electronisation of autonomy in relation to legislation and eGovernment. The topic of the public administration has been increasingly discussed in recent years not only in the context of increasing demands for processing speed and information, but also to facilitate transparency and sub-processes in public administration. Theoretical part describes the role of eGovernment in the public administration, the process of electronisation of public administration and individual services of eGovernment (Czech POINT, data boxes, basic registers, communication infrastructure of public administration), which are being in place with municipalities. The practical part evaluates the situation of software and hardware equipment, legislatively bound on a contract software and service of eGovernment on a sample of villages Zábřežsko. On the basis of the results of the questionnaire researches are determinated recommendations for sample of 20 micro region Zábřežsko.

This thesis deals with the topic of eGovernment. The teoretical part is focused on the characteritic of eGovernment and its evolution in the Czech Republic. In the next part are analysed topics related to public administration and administration law, information systems of public administration (data boxes, Portal of public administration, basic registers, Czech POINT, etc.) and deeds and electronic documents (data message, electronic signature, time stamp, administration and conversion of electronic documents.) The practical part is based on the information obtained on the basis of individual half-standardized interwievs with experts from public administration (villages, cities and Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic) on the topic of eGovernment focused on data boxes. From these results are found out the current problems of data boxes, their functionality, usefulness, reliability or overall satisfaction of users (cities and villages) with these data boxes. The following are mentioned problems and perspectives of data boxes and their overall and unitary operating costs. Subsequently is characterized the present situation of eGovernment in the Czech Republic and future development. In the end it is compared research questions relating to data boxes with real situation of this systeme.
A Prototype of Information System for Executor Offices

This master's thesis deals with analysis , design and implementation of information system for bailiff office . The system provides functionality for managing bailiff's files , their subjects , appropriate documents , financial requirements and cooperation with third parties . Moreover , the system enables communication with data boxes for receiving and sending messages and performing vetting in registers of economic subjects . The application implements also multitenant architecture , which means the system can serve multiple offices . The information system is realised as a web application in ASP. NET MVC technology and written in C\# language . The client side of the application is composed of AngularJS and Bootstrap frameworks .

Next point will be analysis of current state of archiving digital data in public administration of The Czech republic. Based on theoretical knowledge will be proposal what is needed for secure long-term archiving digital data to be able to meet in terms of legislation, proving content and content protection within the public administration of The Czech republic.
