This diploma thesis Analysis of selected manoeuvres of bicyclists deals with the history and development of the bicycles, further their division of, construction, analysis accident and national legislation in the theoretical part. The practical part of the master thesis is devoted to the measurements of the bicycles. Specifically, it is about acceleration, deceleration, transverse movement, ride in the curve and looking back before changing the direction. For measuring are selected different type of bikes with different construction. The results of individual measurements are evaluated in the end of the diploma thesis.
Design of building modifications to improve the safety of cycling between U Stavu and Za Hájkem street in Veselí nad Moravou

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to modify a local road in the city of Veseli nad Moravou. It is a part of town, which is crossed by the bike path Straznicka vinarska stezka. For better movement cyclists and cars are there designed longitudinal and vertical parking spaces. The proposal contains transparency and unification of the traffic situation in the whole area. The proposal is solved on plots owned by the city. Part of the work is the passportization of parking spaces in the area.
Bicycle trail via VD Nové Mlýny along the I / 52 road

The diploma thesis deals with the transfer of cyclists through the dam of Nové Mlýny. The design runs alongside the dam, outside the existing I/52 road, as a preparation for the D52 motorway. The thesis solves the design of longitudinal alignment and vertical alignment of the cycle path along the I/52 road, connection of the cycle path to the adjacent network of cycling routes and variants of crossing cycle path 5174 with route I/52 due to an increase of safety.
Blansko Cycle Route - New Castle

The diploma thesis deals with treatment of project documentation of the corridor for pedestrians and bicyclists on road Blansko ČKD – Nový Hrad. It is a common two-way pedestrian and bicycle trail along the Svitava River and railway line No. 260 Brno - Česká Třebová and the regional road II / 379. Part of the design will be any footbridges across the Svitava River and other construction solutions to overcome difficult terrain in the problematic section. Part of the diploma thesis is the concept of a variant directional solution of the route and justification of the selection of a more detailed variant.
Influence of cycling focus on the performance gains for cyclists on road and mountain biking

The bachelor thesis deals with the training that is applied in the course of the concentration and how this training for cyclists on mountain and road cycles influences the subsequent comparison of their results, which is done through functional load diagnostics. It also deals with the history and rules of cycling, a description of cycling races and cycling specific sport training. The work is divided into several parts. The first part deals with the development of road and mountain biking, its history, technical parameters of the bicycle, division of racing disciplines and categories in road and mountain cycling. The second part deals with sports training and sports training components specific to cycling, supercompensation, periodization of sports training and concentration. The third part is research, where the research sample, the course of the tests, the measured values and the results are described. The Traffic Education of 4th and 5th Class Pupils of Primary Schools in the Pelhřimov District.

Annotation This thesis observes the important aspects related to traffic education of pupils in primary schools. It is especially concentrated on the age group of pupils 4th and 5th grades. The thesis includes a theoretical part dealing with the specifics of traffic education. An individual chapter is devoted to aims, that should be in the context of education - learning influence on children met. The next chapter, which analyzes the fundamental phenomena involved in the formation of key competencies of young road users. They are family, school and children's traffic playground. The actions of these institutions have a common aim, namely to equip students both theoretical knowledge and practical skills and learn to act in accordance with them in protecting the health and lives of children and adults. The following chapter focuses on risk behavior in traffic, the consequences of which proves absolutely alarming statistics on traffic accidents of children. Other chapters bear titles Pedestrian and Cyclist point to the correct interpretation of these concepts and their respective meetings in real traffic. The last chapter in this part of the thesis consists of BESIP. The aim was to highlight the vital role in many areas of its operations. The approach is its history and present, as well as the function of regional coordinators and a number of actions relating to road safety in the Czech regions. The practical part is represented with two individual chapters. The first is a list of research involving the participating primary schools set requirements and main observed factors. The second part presents the methodology of the questionnaire, its subsequent detailed analysis and finally a summary of the results, which bears some predictive value of realized investigations. This is a comparison of the collected written material with a focus on positive response. The aim of the research was to uncover the knowledge levels of respondents to compare the knowledge of boys and girls, and to compare the awareness of the 4th and 5th grades of primary schools. The thesis concludes a summary of the findings. In the annexes are placed tables, graphics and the full questionnaire completed for students.
The Safety of a Cyclist passed by car

Title The Safety of a Cyclist passed by car Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to identify by field research whether drivers abide by the distance of at least 1 m when passing cyclists or not. Furthermore to find out from the results of a survey whether previous experience of the drivers as a cyclist influences their behavior. Methods: As for the methods used in this study, field research and public survey had been conducted. Results: Drivers are respecting the passing distance at least 1 meter. The average passing distance, which was foundet out from the results of the survey, was 153 centimeters by the speed of 50 km/h. In conclusion of this thesis is that cyclists and non-cyclists have the same opinion of the passing distance between the cyclist and the passing car. Keywords: Cyclist, passing, safety, accident.

Master thesis titled “Analysis of selected manoeuvres of bicyclists” in the first part deals with the history of bicycles, construction, division of bicycles and introduces–traffic accidents of cyclists and national legislation. Practical measurements with bicyclists is in the second part of this thesis. Cyclists performed deceleration on three surfaces, acceleration and a manoeuver, in which cyclist looked behind himself before changing the direction. The evaluation of all measurements and comparison with other similar works has been made in the last chapters.
Analysis of Bicycle Movement When Riding in a Straight Line

In this thesis entitled ,,Analysis of motion of the bicycle when riding in a straight line”, I deal with the history of the bicycle, classifications and descriptions of the various parts of the bicycle and the analysis of accidents. The main objective is to analyze the movement of cyclists (bicycle) in a straight line in the implementation of tasks, typical for him - pedaling, showing a change in direction, or looking back for him. In conclusion evaluation, which can then be used in the processing of judicial opinions by experts.
