Akvizice čínských studentů na vysokých školách v České republice se v posledních letech značně rozšířila. Brno je však město, které má konkurenční výhodu ve vzdělávání, a to z hlediska výsledku náboru studentů v Číně neodpovídá těmto vzdělávacím zdrojům a reputaci. A klíčová otázka, jak udělat správnou a efektivní tržní strategii, se stává klíčovým úkolem VUT v Brně. Bude proveden primární výzkum a sekundární výzkum, autor využije makro a mikroprostředí k analýze pozadí tématu. Diplomová práce bude kriticky analyzovat spolupráci v oblasti vzdělávání mezi Čínou a Českou republikou z pohledu přítomnosti a možných příležitostí ke zlepšení současné situace.

Assessment of Fluctuation in the Company and Suggestions for its Improvement

The master thesis analyzes the development of fluctuation associated with the labour market in the Czech Republic. By using the fluctuation data of the chosen telecommunication company in the last few years and the statistic methods, the aim is to create a prognosis of the development of fluctuation. It should result in suggestions for improving the current unsatisfactory development. The next objective is to identify the risks, which the company management have to pay attention to and which will be used to determine the corrective measures for improving the current state.

Publicism of the last period of the totalitarism (Rudé právo in 1989) The theme of the thesis is based on political journalism of the last period of the totalitarism in Czechoslovakia in 1989. The leading communist daily, Rudé právo 1989 is used as the main source of the analysis. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is related to the short historical review of the communism era in Czechoslovakia since the so called Victorious February in 1948 till 1988, when the first anti-government demonstrations occurred. The second part is focused on the critical historical moments in 1989 ("Palach Week" in January 1989, petition "A Few Sentences" in July 1989, anti-government protests in August and October 1989, the collapse of the communism regime in November caused by the Velvet Revolution, the unanimous vote by the Federal Assembly). Meanwhile there is a following practical part. Its main purpose is interpretation and analysis of the articles in order to show examples of the ideological influence of the language.

Fictionalizated travel books of m. zikmund and j. hanzelka in years 1950-1959. Period reception

The aim of this thesis is to closely analyze the response to the fictionalized travel books of Miroslav Zikmund and Jiří Hanzelka in the 1950's. The attempt at documenting this response will be made by working with articles and reviews published in period newspapers and magazines, an attempt at analyzing the readers' response through archived correspondence will also be made. Considering the time period in which the works were being published, a brief description of the political situation and social conditions of the time when their travel books were written will be outlined.

Jáchymov as a Book awarded with a Prize and an Anti-prize: the Analysis of the Czech translation awarded with the Anti-prize Skřipec and its correction

The first part of this Bachelor thesis is based on the translational theory by the Czech linguist and translator Jiří Levý. On these grounds the terms translation and bad translation are defined as well as the reasons and consequences of bad translation. Furthermore other relevant translational theories are introduced. In the end the meaning and relevance of an anti-prize are discussed while the Czech literary anti-prize Skřipec is presented. The core of the practical part of the thesis is the critical analysis focused on the Czech translation of the novel Jáchymov by Josef Haslinger, which received the above-mentioned anti-award in 2012. First of all, the content of the book is and then the reception of the novel in German and Czech speaking countries are presented. The major part consists of the comparison of both, the original German novel and its Czech translation, in order to discover the mistakes in the Czech version of the book. These are subsequently classified and commented with respect to Levý´s translational theory. Last but not least a correction of the wrong passages is conducted.

Lists of potential risks followed by a critical analysis which describes not only the risks but also will solve their minimization or complete removal. Risks will be monitored in terms owners and buyers of the properties.
