The goal of my bachelor thesis "Strategic development of tourism in the Town of Blatná" is to evaluate primary and secondary potencial of the destination for the next tourism developement in the town. The output, based on performed current state analysis and qualitative and quantitative research, is a proposition of possible strategical developement in the field of tourism with specification of priorities and actions based on determined strategical vision and goals of each of preffered areas. Putting these actions into the practice will lead to rise of destination competitiveness on the tourism market.

This thesis deals with the processing of a business plan. It is specifically the implementation of a new web portal aimed at commission sale of travel tours. The aim of this thesis is to build a business plan in order to determine the relevant data for its feasibility and the profitability. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part covers the theoretical definition of a business plan and a description of his specific content. The theoretical part is followed by the second practical part in which they are initially defined specifics related to tourism. Afterwards, the work focuses on the description of the product itself and its competitiveness in the market. The work also paid attention to the analysis of suppliers, consumers, competitors and the current description of the planned marketing activities. The financial part transforms the previous text into a numeric form, which also expresses the need for funds and the overall project profitability.
Potential of Brazilian Tourism Market in Relation to the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the Brazilian tourism market in relation to the Czech Republic with a focus on gay clientele. In the first part, the prerequisites for the development of tourism in the destination are analysed; the author assesses the selective, location and realization factors. The next chapter focuses on the characteristics of Brazilian outgoing tourism - both generally and in relation to the Czech Republic. A part of this chapter deals with the incoming tourism and the organization of tourism in Brazil. The author then compares package tours of Czech travel agencis to Brazil. The last chapter is devoted to the characteristics of gay tourism. The author assess the situation of the gay community in the Czech Republic and Brazil, and characterizes the prerequisites for the development of this form of tourism in both countries. The thesis ends with a structured interview with the author of PinkGo, the new project of ESO travel agency.
Historický vývoj a postavení vybraného hotelu na trhu cestovního ruchu v ČR

The bachelor's thesis is focused on a study of the hotel Crowne Plaza Prague. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the position of the hotel in the tourism market of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part determines definitions of tourism market, accommodation facilities and their standardization and the hotel industry of the Czech Republic. The practical part includes a description of the hotel and his history. The hotel owner is presented and the relation with the hotel's franchiser InterContinental Hotels Group is explained. The analytical part is worked up mainly on the basis of interviews with hotel staff and its aim is an analysis of hotel customers, comparison of hotel capacity, the room prices and chosen services with other Prague 4-star hotels. At the end a SWOT analysis is made. The analysis is an assessment of hotel's position in the tourism market of the Czech Republic and presents suggestions for improvement.
Marketing strategy of a selected travel agency

The thesis is focused on analysis, evaluation and improvement proposals of a marketing strategy. First, basic marketing terms are defined, strategic marketing principles are explained and tourism market is characterized. Second, the marketing strategy of the travel agency Zájezdy pro děti - CK Ivana Ježková is analysed. On the basis of analyses the improvement of marketing strategy is proposed.
