Marketing Mix of the Hotel Panon

This thesis focuses mainly on the analysis of marketing mix of hotel PANON, which offers accomodation in South Moravia in the town Hodonín in *** category in single, double and triple rooms as well as in apartments of different categories, catering services and a large number of additional services. The aim of this thesis is to make marketing mix of given hotel more efficient and thus ensure not only growth of existing number of guests, but also get new domestic and foreign guests, which will lead to growth of profit of the hotel PANON and strenghtening of its position in the tourism market.

First mentioned section discusses the basic concepts related to evaluation and remuneration. The second part focuses on a detailed analysis of the current status of the selected companies and research using questionnaires. The aim is to design changes in the system of evaluation and remuneration of staff.
The system of Education of employees in a selected Organization

This thesis, titled "The System of Education of Employees in a Selected Organization", aimed to suggest changes and recommendations that could lead to the improvement of the current training system in the organization based on the analysis conducted. A quantitative research method in the form of a questionnaire was used to collect data. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on the study of literature and includes basic concepts related to the field of human resource management and employee training. The practical part focuses on the basic characteristics of the selected company, namely company XY, which wished to remain anonymous. In addition, the current state of training in the company is analysed with the help of internal materials of the organisation. The analysis of the current state is also complemented by an online questionnaire survey involving 74 respondents. This thesis concludes with suggestions and recommendations from the enterprise to improve the current training system in the organization.
The system of evaluation of employees in a selected organization

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes after the analysis of the employee evaluation system in a selected organization, which is the company Schäfer-Menk s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the following concepts: human resource management, employee evaluation, its criteria, the person of the evaluator, evaluation errors, and what constitutes performance management. Then the different ways of employee evaluation are defined and at the end of this part the importance of employee evaluation is summarized. In the practical part, information about Schäfer-Menk Ltd. is given. Furthermore, an analysis of the current evaluation and remuneration system is made. The basis for the analysis is information from the HR director and a questionnaire survey of the company's employees. On the basis of the comparison of the data obtained from the practical part with the theoretical findings, suggestions for the improvement of the current employee evaluation system in this company were recommended.
Analysis of the concept of education of employees in one private elementary school and kindergarten in the Czech Republic and a proposal for its changes.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employee education in one primary and nursery school in the Czech Republic. This is a one-case study, which, using qualitative-quantitative research, aims to analyze the current concept of employee education of the given organization and also proposes changes to the existing concept so that it is in line with the requirements for the strategic concept of employee education. The diploma thesis includes a theoretical part with an explanation of relevant concepts from the field of andragogy and management, as well as a practical part, where the internal documents of the school are analyzed and the characteristics of the current concept of employee education are described. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey was also carried out using 3 questionnaires, the respondents were school employees and the school director. These questionnaires were designed to verify the functionality of the concept. Human resources management in selected company

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the area of human resources management in a selected company and subsequently propose possible changes that would lead to the improvement of the current situation. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the explanation of the nature of human resources management, a description of the tasks and goals of human resources management and the characteristics of individual personnel activities that occur in the company. The second part introduces the selected organization. An interview with the manager and a questionnaire survey were also conducted. Based on the information obtained from the interview, the individual personnel activities were described and subsequently the results of the questionnaire survey were evaluated. In the end, based on the information obtained, measures are proposed to improve the current situation.
Identification of opportunities and threats for the selected company

The diploma thesis deals with opportunities and threats identification in a particular company. To detect its opportunities and threats, the company has to analyse micro and macro environment, at first. In order to analyse company's macro environment, the STEP analysis is used. The STEP analysis facilitates external factors identification and its possible effects on a company in the near future. The micro environment analysis is carried out by The Porter's model of five competitive forces in the industry, supplemented by points and comparison of the largest competitors. At the same time, An analysis of selected financial indicators is performed, which together with Porter's model of five competitive forces in the sector reveals the company's strengths and weaknesses. After processing all the information and subsequent evaluation using SWOT analysis, recommendations are proposed. These eliminate hidden threats and take advantage of the opportunities, which the agency employment market undoubtedly offers.
Prevalence of substance abuse among employees of low-threshold and outpatient addictology services in the Czech Republic

Background: The prevalence of substance use in the general population is commonly mapped, as is the issue of substance prevalence among drug users themselves. There is no official research in the Czech Republic that deals with the prevalence of substance use among workers in addictology services. Objectives: The aim of the research is to map the prevalence of the use of legal and illegal addictive substances in a selected research population. The results of the mapping will show which addictive substances are most frequently used by members of the research population, which substances have the highest lifetime prevalence and which substances are not very popular in this population. Methods: The basic orientation of the empirical survey was quantitative. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire survey. Out of the total number of 589 employees, 41.9% of employees of outpatient or low-threshold addictology services participated in the research, ie 247 respondents. The research was carried out in the period from March 28, 2021 to April 17, 2021.
