The master‘s thesis discusses the issue of the project Telco Servis whose focus are business activities aimed at drawing-in the Internet on cancelled fixed telephone lines. It introduces the formal aspect of project management and methods used in the pre-project phase. The work focuses on key parts of the project, such as analysis of the sales process, time analysis of specific parts of the sales process, company CRM description or project risk analysis. In the design part it deals with the estimated costs of the project and the fulfilment of the necessary conditions for its launch.

Business Plan - for the Establishment Wellness Hotel

The bachelor thesis is dealing with creation of a business interest of founding a wellness hotel. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical framework of founding a business subject is described. The second, practical part of the thesis is focused on the design of the wellness hotel and is dealing with founding of a new company, and duties and burdens resulting from it. In the practical part, the product is defined and so are the specified needs for its support. The last part, dedicated to the financial plan, is describing single expenses, the efectivity rating and the returnability of the investment in detail.

Information System Assessment and Proposal of ICT Modification

The diploma thesis deals with the discovery of flaws in the processes and information system with suggestions for improvement. The work is based on a localization company which operates worldwide and it is considered among the best in the field of localization. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is the theoretical framework which was used during analysis of the company and its information system and, consequently, is described in the second part of the work. The last and the most important part is a description of the current processes and a suggestion of changes in order to improve and increse the efficiency of these processes. Also, in this work, there is a time analysis with possible risks which may occur. At the end of the work, I deal with an economic assessment of the changes and their benefits for the society.

Design, Creation and Implementation of Software Applications in the Corporate Environment

This master thesis deals with a draft and an implementation of a software application into a company. The thesis sums up the theoretical outcomes of work and the analysis of present state including requirements for the above stated application. Analysis of internal and external environment of the company is performed with the use of Porter, SWOT, SLEPT and 7S. In addition to that, the analysis of competitive products, all included in the draft, is also peformed. The draft design of software application and the description of implementation to the company environment are created in the last part of the thesis.

The main goal of this thesis is to create a real business plan for establishing a small brewery in Dolni Libchavy. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will acquaint us with basic terms, definition of required analysis and detailed description of each part of business plan. In the practical part is processed business plan for the brewery. There are analysis for internal and external environmental and finally financial cover of entire business.
