The topic of this bachelor thesis is a family house with one story above ground and residential basement under the part of building. Shed roof has a slope of 7%. As the load-bearing construction were used bidirectional structure walls made of Porotherm bricks. The building is situated on slightly sloping plot towards the west. All the used constructions are according valid ČSN regulations.
City apartment house Klíčova

New city apartment house is located in the center of Brno, incorporated into older apartment buildings on the Klíčova street and partly on the Zvěřinova Street, near the Křenová street, Olomoucká street a Tržní street. It is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, founded on piles, with five aboveground floors and one underground floor, finished by a flat roof. The house is separated by four entrances to units. Each of these units contains a specific type of flat and house is fully wheelchair accessible. In the house there is a underground parking, service areas and flats. Behind the house there is a recreational area for residents of the house. This house is interesting because of interior design and attractive location, especially thanks to the position in the city center, easy accessibility and pleasant surroundings near the river Svitava and a adjacent alley.
Family House in Zadní Arnoštov

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare the design documentation of family home in Zadní Arnoštov in the Svitavy district. The three-storeyed building with basement is situated on a predominantly level land in a residential area of family homes and is designed for a four to six member family. The load bearing structures are made of a transverse wall system. Walls and ceilings are built using the Wienerberger Porotherm system. The roof structure creates two flat roofs. The family home comprises five rooms. An integral part of the project is a two-car garage.

The subject of bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Prosenice in Olomouc region. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In total, the apartment building consists of three residential units, each on one floor. The apartment on the first floor is adapted for barrier-free living. The building is designed from a construction system of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are made of MIAKO inserts and POT beams. The roof of the building is saddle with ceramic roofing.

The construction is designed from traditional building materials. The house is roofed with a hipped roof. The thesis also contains a seminar thesis, which deals with waterproofing of lower part of the building and radon arrangement.
Multifunctional building

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional house in Milady Horáková Street. The building is designed in Brno - Zábrdovice together with the connection to the infrastructure. It is a four-storey building with one underground floor, the building serves as an administrative, catering and housing function. The entrance to the building is via Milady Horákové Street with each functional part having its own separate entrance. From the rear of the building from Příkop Street there is access to the underground parking together with the entrance for employees, supplies and the entrance to the technical room. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with a kitchen and all equipment, the reception of the administration together with facilities for the reception staff and the entrance to the residential part of the building. On the second and third floor there is the administrative part of the building and on the top floor there are four apartments with a terrace. All technical facilities from parking to heating have been designed for the object. The building is built on a reinforced concrete frame with monolithic ceilings. The roof structure is of a pitched green roof.
Analysis of the development project for the construction of an administrative building in Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is determine feasibility and profitability of property development project at particular lands in Brno. Solution of problem includes both, the legislative part that determines possibility lands focused on change of territorial plan and the financial part that estimates costs and revenues in project balance and potencial profits for investor, if project will be realized. Main result of this diploma thesis is to answer the question, if property development project should be realized at particular lands in question and estimate future value of lands and project. Diploma thesis \uv{Analysis of the development project for the construction of an administrative building in Brno} is useful for everyone, who needs estimate potential of a land for profit from realization of property development project.

Bachelor thesis project solves a family semidetached house in steep terrain. Family semi-detached house is located on the grounds numbers 218/1 and 219 in the village Jezeřany-Maršovice. The building has two floors and one uderground floor partly below ground. Family semi-detached house is designed for two four-member family. The outer walls are of concrete thermal insulation blocks LIVETHERM. The ceilings are made of concrete beams and cylinders BSK KLATOVY thickness of 250 mm. The roof of a family semidetached house is part of the aisle and partly flat. Entrance doors and windows are wooden EURO HON.

Project documentation for detached new build of residential house with flat roof consisting of four floors. In the floors are situated 12 apartments of various sizes. The basement is designed as a technical floor with garage. There is one parking space for each apartment. The underground part of the building is reinforced concrete and the other floors are of ceramic masonry blocks.
