Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace rodinného domu v Zadním Arnoštově (okres Svitavy). Objekt je situován do zástavby rodinných domů na převážně rovinatém pozemku. Jedná se o třípodlažní objekt, podsklepený sloužící pro bydlení čtyř až šestičlenné rodiny. Nosné konstrukce vytváří příčný stěnový konstrukční systém. Stěny a stropy jsou tvořeny systémem Wienerberger Porotherm. Střešní konstrukce vytváří dvě ploché střechy. V rodinném domě je celkem pět obytných místností. Součástí projektu je garáž pro 2 osobní vozidla. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare the design documentation of family home in Zadní Arnoštov in the Svitavy district. The three-storeyed building with basement is situated on a predominantly level land in a residential area of family homes and is designed for a four to six member family. The load bearing structures are made of a transverse wall system. Walls and ceilings are built using the Wienerberger Porotherm system. The roof structure creates two flat roofs. The family home comprises five rooms. An integral part of the project is a two-car garage.
