Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu v obci Prosenice v Olomouckém kraji. Objekt bude mít jedno podzemní podlaží a tři nadzemní podlaží s obytným podkrovím. Celkem se bytový dům skládá ze tří bytových jednotek, každá na jednom podlaží. Byt v prvním podlaží je uzpůsoben pro bezbariérové bydlení. Objekt je navržen z konstrukčního systému z keramických tvárnic. Stropy jsou tvořeny MIAKO vložkami a POT nosníky. Střecha objektu je sedlová s keramickou střešní krytinou. The subject of bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Prosenice in Olomouc region. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In total, the apartment building consists of three residential units, each on one floor. The apartment on the first floor is adapted for barrier-free living. The building is designed from a construction system of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are made of MIAKO inserts and POT beams. The roof of the building is saddle with ceramic roofing.
