The particular economic analyses are utilized and on their base the new project for management development is worked up. This should lead both to the advancement of competitive strength and obtaining and consolidation of company’s position in the marketplace.

Work and job creation in a selected organization

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the system of work and job creation, to suggest possible changes to improve the system in organization. This is a small business with approximately 30 employees, which deals with information technologies. The theoretical part provides general information about work creation, new trends in the area of work creation, the nature of work, work analysis, industry 4.0 and the description of a job. The practical part examines through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews the system of the work and application of smart working. On the basic of this information and the identified shortages in the system of work, solutions are proposed. Solutions are proposed based on the information identified and shortages in the system of work. The company is handed a bachelor's thesis, on the basis of which the created proposals can be used.

Development and position of Beach volleyball in the Czech environment

Title: Development and position of Beach volleyball in the Czech Environment. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the Czech beach volleyball history since its beginning. The next aim is to delineate the way of organizing and integration of beach volleyball into the Czech sport environment. Methods: The paper used the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Different methods of personal interviews are used to collect data about development and status of beach volleyball from athletes and officials. Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI) is applied to public. Results: I created a complete overview of the Czech beach volleyball history, as developed in the Czech sports environment, to the present. In the second part, I delineated an organization of beach volleyball and it's emplacement in our conditionals in detail - both in a public and the private sector. Delegation of powers to the director of the kindergarten the other leaders of the school, depending on the size of the school and the number of remote sites

The final bachelor thesis deals with the process how to delegate the nursery school director's power and responsibility to other senior executives. The theoretical part of the thesis makes use of the findings gained from the management literature, depicting the topic of delegating in a broader context. The subject is also applied to the education system, particularly nursery school directors. The analysis of the quantitative research, using questionnaire survey designed for nursery school directors, presents a comparison of the current state of delegating process in public nursery schools with and without detached departments. This thesis is beneficial for nursery school directors as a means of support in their own process of delegating power and responsibility to other senior executives of the school, as well as to founders of schools who decide about autonomy or merging nursery schools. Nursery School Management in Central Bohemia - Managerial Functions

The topic of this thesis is the management system of kindergartens in Central Bohemia from the perspective of applying managerial functions. Due to legislative changes, kindergartens were more or less given considerable autonomy imposing high requirements on their directors in the area of management. The quality of educational process of each kindergarten and its further development potential depends on its management. The research part focuses on strategic planning, communication system parameters, obligations of employees, task delegation, implementation of inspection activities and school evaluation system parameters. The aim of this thesis is to point out potential problems concerning the management of kindergartens as well as to compare large and small kindergartens in individual management areas.

Management activities of free time teachers - of the main leaders of children's camps

The final thesis deals with the topic of sequential managerial functions performed by the chief executive of a children's camp. It is based on the assumption that the head chief performs all managerial functions in the preparation and implementation of the action sequence. On the basis of the specific literature read, the theoretical part characterizes each sequence functions - planning, organization, personnel and control. It specifies the children's summer camp as a child's recovery time period and clarifies the rules for the organization, including legal aspects. It also assigns specific jobs for the head chief of the camp before and during camp for each sequential management functions. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among the main leaders of the childrens' camps, for who are graduates of the course qualifying for the specific position. Analysis of the results showed that the head chief, regardless of the childrens' camp's operator, perform all the sequential management functions at least half of these activities. The highest rate was found at activities carried out by the main leaders, who work all year round as educator of a free time, and are employed in the Youth Centre or in The Leisure Time Centre. Management techniques in the organization

The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the specific management techniques used in the selected organization and to propose how these techniques efficiently use and develop. In the theoretical part, there four basic management techniques have been explained, such as planning, organizing, management and control, and the various methods used in these techniques. In the practical part, there at first, organization was described and then its history. Furthermore, the current situation was analyzed through questionnaires and interviews with the director of domestic sales. The results were presented in graphs. The last part contains a discussion and proposals of changes to which I came by the obtained information. By implementing these proposals, it could lead to more efficient use of management techniques and practices in society.
