Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma Tvorba práce a pracovních míst ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza systému práce a tvorby pracovních míst ve vybrané organizaci a návrh změn a řešení vedoucích ke zlepšení stávajícího systému. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmy týkající se organizování, tvorby práce, pracovních míst, smart workingu a Průmysl 4.0. K analýze současné situace v organizaci bylo využito kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumu. Pro výzkum bylo zkombinováno dotazníkové šetření a hloubkové rozhovory. Dotazník byl v online podobě předložen respondentům z Jihočeského kraje a hloubkové rozhovory byly provedeny s pěti zaměstnanci vybrané organizace. Na základě odpovědí z rozhovoru byl zjištěn nedostatek ve formě chybějícího popisu pracovního místa, který byl následně vytvořen. Dále byla navrhnuta zlepšení, které může vést k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the system of work and job creation, to suggest possible changes to improve the system in organization. This is a small business with approximately 30 employees, which deals with information technologies. The theoretical part provides general information about work creation, new trends in the area of work creation, the nature of work, work analysis, industry 4.0 and the description of a job. The practical part examines through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews the system of the work and application of smart working. On the basic of this information and the identified shortages in the system of work, solutions are proposed. Solutions are proposed based on the information identified and shortages in the system of work. The company is handed a bachelor's thesis, on the basis of which the created proposals can be used.
