This method is in this disertation thesis analysed from the point of view of possibilities which supervision as a tool of support offers in the line of social work and also from the potencial problems which appear in the area of using supervision as a method in lifelong education and learning. The theme of increasing the competence of social workers is in the today demand for high standards and quality of social services a very actual topic. The motivation is discovering the specific factors which allow a social worker to exploit the potencial of supervision as a andragogical method of learning, which is efective, safe and has high quality. Title of the thesis Post-communist Hungary as an opportunity: from the transfer of urban intervention models by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations to its abortion, the case of Ferencváros district in Budapest (1988-2014). Abstract In a context of regime change this study offers to focus on the process by which the French institution, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, started the diffusion of urban intervention models and then aborted it. The analysis based on networks of actors formed locally in Hungary, attempts to describe the logics of actions constituting of this transfer at different scales: local, national and transnational. Treating this subject post-festum drove the study towards an ethnographic and historic approach, focusing on the analysis of actors' discourses in order to raise different narratives of the past actions. The fall of communism is here understood as a period of uncertainty and its successive redefinitions by politicians are still structuring the actual Hungarian political and economic issues. More than a simple rupture, this period is characterized by a power struggle in the discourses for the justification of different interest groups' actions. The use of robotic Rovers to explore Mars

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na tři vesmírné mise, a to Mars Pathfinder, Mars Exploration Rover a Mars Science Laboratory. Hlavní součástí těchto tří misí jsou čtyři rovery (Sojourner, Spirit, Opportunity a Curiosity), které byly odeslány na povrch Rudé planety. Práce se věnuje především vědeckému vybavení jednotlivých roverů, použitým technologiím a nejdůležitějším vědeckým poznatkům získaných za dobu působení roverů na Marsu.

Project Management Risks Visualization

The aim of this master's thesis is to present risk management and methods used in risk management. The thesis is based on the ATOM methodology, which was developed for practical risk management. The thesis is focused on methods of the visualization that should present risks at IT projects with an intuitive and understandable form. It also concerns with different options of the visualization and their use at risk management. The visualization could be like a table, a graph, or another form. The thesis also contains requirements specification for risk visualization application created due to found information. The design and implementation of the project management risk visualization application is based on requirements specification. The benefits of the thesis and possible extensions are proposed at the end.

The thesis deals with work of manager and the application of equal opportunities in the construction company. The aim of the thesis is to explore the situation in construction companies and comparison of theory with practise. The theoretical part introduces the basic terms and theories related to the topic. Based on a questionnaire survey, the practical part assesses the current situation in construction companies. In the end of the thesis is an evaluation theoretical and practical part, in order recommend prospective changes and conclusion of the thesis.

Concept of Information System for Table Reservation and Delivery Service for Modern Restaurant

The aim of this thesis is the proposal of booking a table at a restaurant and ordering food delivery system. The work is divided into 5 chapters. It contains 44 images, 8 tables and 1 appendix. The first chapter describes the objective of the work, methods and processing procedures. In the second chapter is devoted to familiarization with the booking and delivery systems that are available in the market. In the third chapter is done SWOT Analysis for the restaurant La Fiamma in Bratislava. In the fourth chapter is designed and developed the system table reservations at this restaurant and designed the ordering system food delivery as well. The next section describes the economic benefits of implementing the described system. The result of this thesis is the function module table reservations as a part of web portal the restaurant La Fiamma.

Marketing strategy in ICT company

The thesis deals with the analysis of the company marketing strategy. In order to meet its objectives, it is necessary to evaluate all information on general conditions, the market and competition. Based on prerequisites of the further grow of professional environment, it proposes possible modes of use of different marketing strategies and their means of communication. The economic impact presumption of a proposal with respect to past experience is also calculated in this work.

Analysis of business opportunities in the market for rail passenger transport

European Commission sees further development of rail passenger transport as one of the main pillars for maintaining and further strengthening of competitiveness of Europe. With rail passenger transport, as a growth industry that connects all the other sectors, we can count on further economic development in future while preserving diversity and beauty of European fauna and flora as well as growth in living standards. It was found that the trends in the use of railways in the Czech Republic and advanced European countries are different. The paper assumes that the role of rail passenger transport in the Czech Republic will strengthen in accordance with trends in western countries. The paper analyses the Czech rail passenger transport market. The Prague -- České Budějovice route has been identified as the most suitable for entry of a new private operator. There are strong streams of passengers. After completion of the railway corridor the route will offer extension of activities onto the Austrian market. The paper analyses the competitive environment. The main competitors are RegioJet and LEO Express. The operator can compete using low-cost concept, especially EMU trains. High quality of offered services will also play an important role. Leasing was identified as the most convenient financial instrument. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are summarized in the SWOT analysis.

Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Opportunities

The overall aim of this study is to provide insights into the process of entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation, as it is really exercised by successful entrepreneurs. First part addresses the theoretical background of the problem and provides a comprehensive overview of the existing literature. Six propositions for the construct of entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation theory are designed. Second part focuses on empirical testing and analysing of the six propositions. The research is based on personal interviews with 31 highly-experienced entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. Practical suggestions are provided for academics, and 10 main recommendations are presented for the entrepreneurs.

The effect of cultural events on the visit rate in Český Krumlov

The partial aim of this work was to implement the features of selected cultural events and consequently the interpretation of realized marketing research. On the basis of this interpretation the main purpose was identified. The aim was related to the effect of cultural events on the visit rate in Český Krumlov. The suggested actions for the improvement of the cultural events offering were accepted. The data from questionary research provided the information for compilation of the visitor´s profile, which included the investigation in the sphere of quality by given services. The research presented the detection of opportunities and deficiencies in the cultural actions co-ordination.
