Name: Case study of summer camp for altar boys in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm Goals: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a comprehensive and systematic set of findings on the issue of management of the summer camp for altar boys in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm with emphasis on the generalization of the results and to find the positive and negative aspects from a perspective of management as the basis for influencing future development of the event. Methods: Participated observation, structured interview, analysis of documents. Results: The outcome of this work is a body of knowledge and general conclusions resulting from the management of summer camp for altar boys in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm in terms of sequential management functions and funding. Functioning of the management is under the influence of many circumstances. Strengths of the camp are organizing, funding and human resources management conversely planning and control processes are among the weaknesses. Program differences of the summer camps of the selected non-profit organizations

Name of Thesis: Program differences of the summer camps of the selected non-profit organizations. Thesis objectives: The comparison of the program differences of four non-profit organizations was the objective of the research. Method: All data were found out through the questionnaire, which was send by email through the home organization. These data were analyzed and the conclusions were deduced from therm. Results: The research proved that the program differences are very insignificant at these organizations. Each detachment has its specifics and it prepares the camp by its way, but the final orientation and also course of games are very similar. It doesn't matter so many about the organizations, to which the detachments are included, but rather about the detachment itself. Feasibility study of summer childern camp inspired by outdoor education

Title: Feasibility study of summer camp inspired by outdoor education Objectives: The main aim of the bachelor thesis is considering of realization of the summer camp in cooperation with the forest preschool that would ensure financial resources and mainly a stable environment. Sub-goal of the bachelor thesis is to find out the interest of parents associated with summer and winter camps organized by the forest preschool. Methods: In the thesis is used the combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The feasibility study set the structure of thesis. Questionnaire survey analyzes potential customers and thein needs, wishes. Semi-structured interview provided the basis for the analysis of project risk or marketing strategy. Secondary analysis was used for data acquisition in the theoretical part. Results: The summer and winter camps under the organization of forest preschool can positively (both financially and by strengthening the relationship between man and nature) help to operation of the specific forest preschool. Attractiveness of the summer camp with a spiritual program

The diploma thesis concentrates on and deals with the attractiveness of YMCA summer camp. The aim is to find out what factors are able to influence the decisions of children and parents if they take part in this camp. The work has been bringing in the different possibilities of activities. It is expected from these activities to have the ability in infuencing the attractiveness of this characteristic the summer camp. These activities have been proved by evidence and realized on the specific cases in the practice in this diploma thesis. The answers have been looked for in the context of the basic research question and the diploma thesis has been drawing conclusions on the basic of the research result of the sample of respondents.

Structure of stage games

Title: Structure of stage games Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to work out directions about how to put together a stage game. To create a certain directions which would help others, be they organisers and instructors of camps or residential trips, with a preparation of a successful programme and to advise them on which mistakes they should avoid. Methods: The thesis is of a survey study character and it is based on research of available materials. The goal is to collect information and subsequently organise and interpret them in relation to the given topic. The thesis is not of the experimental type, it is rather a descriptive work and its structure is not connected to hypotheses and neither is it asking any scientific questions. Results: The results of this thesis are presented in the form of generally applicable recommendations in relation to the issues dealt with that is the stage games. That became the base of the proposal of a factual stage game called "The rescue of the planet" which was put into practice in April 2015.
