Nonlinear Control of Complex Systems by Utilization of Evolutionary Approaches
Minář, Petr ; Ošmera, Pavel (referee) ; Oplatková,, Zuzana Komínková (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
Control theory of complex systems by utilization of artificial intelligent algorithms is relatively new science field and it can be used in many areas of technical practise. Best known algorithms to solved similar tasks are genetic algorithm, differential evolution, HC12 Nelder-Mead method, fuzzy logic and grammatical evolution. Complex solution is presented at selected examples from mathematical nonlinear systems to examples of anthems design and stabilization of deterministic chaos. The goal of this thesis is present examples of implementation and utilization of artificial algorithms by multi-objective optimization. To achieve optimal results is used designed software solution by multi-platform application, which used Matlab and Java interfaces. The software solution integrate every algorithms of this thesis to complex solution and it extends possible application of those approaches to real systems and practical world.
The Use of Means of Artificial Intelligence for the Decision Making Support on Stock Market
Vaško, Jan ; Kříž, Jiří (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with analyzing the possibility of using artificial intelligence, specifically artificial neural networks and fuzzy logic, on the capital markets as a tool to support decision making in business. The Matlab software is used for this purpose. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge, brief description of the current situationin is covered in a second part and the theoretical solutions are applied to the system in the third section.
Intelligent System for Generating and Analysis of Trading Recommendations on Financial Markets
Martinský, Ondrej ; Hrubý, Martin (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the price prediction on financial markets. It describes automated trading systems based on technical analysis and discusses a soft computing approach to construction of such systems. Also, this thesis combines conventional trading strategies with the fuzzy logic. The practical part of this thesis contains also a framework for composing, simulation and analysis of the automated trading strategies. The simulator contained in this framework is implemented in the Java language and based on DEVS formalism. Because of this, there is a possibility to embed real-time components into the trading model. This work contains also a database of historical financial data and tools for their automatic actualization.
The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Evaluation of Quality of Customers
Jílek, Stanislav ; Doskočil, Radek (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the use of fuzzy logic to evaluate the quality customers of the company TILL Ltd. The evaluation is done using Microsoft EXCEL and MathWorks MATLAB, using the main attributes and characteristics of customers. The thesis results are clear and functional fuzzy models that can be used to effectively evaluate potential and existing customers.
The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Rating of Suppliers for the Firm
Bendová, Kateřina ; Šebestová, Monika (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
The master‘s thesis deals with the use of fuzzy model in the evaluation of television suppliers. This model is used for easier and faster decision when choosing a suplier for a particular commission. The fuzzy model is created on the basis of criteria that are essential for the company. This model is designed by MS Excel and MathWorks MATLAB.
Supplier Risk Evaluation Using Fuzzy Logic
Novák, Lukáš ; Peštál, Ivan (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of suppliers using fuzzy logic for a selected company. The created model will be used to make efficient and faster decisions about selecting the most suitable supplier for the given orders. Based on the criteria that are important for the selected company, a fuzzy model is created. The final evaluations of the most suitable suppliers are created in MS Excel and MATLAB.
Evaluation of the Client of the Bank
Richtrová, Kateřina ; Balada, Matěj (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with the topic of the use of artificial intelligence for managerial decision making in the firm. This thesis contains proposal of model of fuzzy logic in MS Excel and MATLAB for evaluation of the client’s solvency of bank for the purposes of loan providing.
Evaluation of supplier risk
Czeczotková, Iveta ; Mayer, Jan (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
This dissertation deals with the risks which are connected with selecting the suitable suppliers of computer components for the Weps s. r. o. company. The selection of the supplier is realized by the use of fuzzy logic. Theoretical bases are also described in this dissertation. Moreover, there is an analysis of the risks and a proposal for the solution to this problem in the Microsoft Excel and Matlab programmes. The result of the dissertation should provide an instrument for objective evaluation of the suppliers, which is the company in collaboration with.
Evaluation of Investment with the Usage of Fuzzy Logic
Vaňková, Jana ; Šebestová, Monika (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the evaluation of investments in intangible fixed assets. The company VIKI, spol. s.r.o. is interested in a new storage space acquisition, and therefore the main objective is to choose the best offer by using fuzzy logic. Evaluation is done in Excel, particularly in the Visual Basic environment and in MATLAB. The output of the thesis is an easy to use form that can be reused for other possible offers.
Statistical Methods in Marketing Research
Škraňka, Ivan ; Janalík, Lukáš (referee) ; Chalupský, Vladimír (advisor)
Master’s thesis is focused on marketing research. The goal of this research is to know and describe the prospects and their perception of the product. Beside this goal the thesis demonstrates possible use of general statistical induction in the field of marketing research. The object of the research are social units carrying business in agriculture, forestry, timbering and building industry.
