Proposal fit stimulative tools

Purpose of this diploma thesis is proposal of fit stimulative tools. First company Moravia IT, a.s. is introduced along with objectives set for next five years period. Then is high fluctuation in the company chosen as the main problem. The aim is to propose stimuli, which decrease fluctuation. There is an analysis done in the next part, which is focused in negative and positive factors, which influence motivation of employees. The most significant motivation theories are described in theoretical part and their results are also mentioned. Final proposal of stimuli is divided into several parts – employees’ needs identification, definition of new stimuli and selection of suitable stimulative tools. There is made provision for time frame of satisfying employee’s needs in “evaluation” chapter. Also changes in corporate strategy according to the new proposals are demonstrated. At the end of the diploma thesis are suggested particular steps for management, which should have been done to decrease high fluctuation and finally achieve the main objectives of the company.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the recruitment of new employees and the sustainability of existing employees in my team and in the end will be practically usable outputs that I will use in my business as a manager in the field of financial consulting.

Confirmation of the Performance of Thermal Shock Test Chambers

The bachelor’s thesis deals with problematics of confirmation of temperature shock chamber and methodology for its successful implementation. Theoretical part deals with brief overview of environmental test chambers used for testing temperature and humidity changes on tested samples. Bachelor’s thesis also deals with analysis of methodology for confirmation of temperature chambers according to the technical standard which will be partially used for methodology proposal of temperature shock chamber. Practical part of the thesis is gradually devoted to the measurement procedure proposal, where is discussed chosen temperature sensors and fixture of sensors in the chamber. Also proposed procedure of confirmation is shown, described measurements, calculation procedures, uncertainty estimations and at the end of the thesis are discussed results.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluation of fluctuation rate in České dráhy, a. s. company and on satisfaction of its employees which is obtained by survey process. First part is focused on concept of fluctuation in general - its causes, positives and negatives. Analytical part is dedicated to calculation of ratio index during period of 2012 – 2014, calculation of fluctuation for years 2010 – 2014 and evaluation of survey.
