Support of health in the curriculum of the Nursing College and Secondary Nursing School in Prague 1

The topic of the following thesis is the health promotion included in curriculum of Special Medical High School and Medical High School in Prague 1. The aim of a qualitative research is to find out how the school adopted the possibility of health promotion in its curriculum and other educational documents, what is the life style of the teachers and their particular experience in health promotion during their classes. Three different data collecting techniques were used when doing the research: semi- structured interviews with selected teachers; class observation; analysis of relevant pedagogical documents. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the history and presence of the schools selected, pedagogical documents and also with chosen pedagogical staff. Further it informs about specific school health support projects. The practical part contains final results of qualitative research which shows that the topic of health support is included in many areas of chosen documents. Its following realization depends not only on financial possibilities and capacity of the school but mainly on particular teachers and their responsible approach to this issue within their lessons and lifestyle. Position of the School Prevention Methodist and Changes in His Agenda

School prevention methodist plays a key role in the successful elimination of risky behavior in the school environment. His function has undergone changes since its establishment, as has the context of its operation. This thesis is focused on the process of generating the position of a prevention methodist and the changes that have affected his current position. It also outlines current issues related to the performance of the function of school preventionist. The theoretical part presents the current legislative framework in which the school prevention methodist operates, as well as earlier legislation, and draws attention to the possible pitfalls of some legal norms. It also places the person of the ŠMP in the intra-ministerial system of school prevention and more broadly in the inter-ministerial organization of prevention. For a better understanding of the current situation, the theoretical part of the work opens a look into the history of prevention in the Czech Republic, or ČSFR, respectively. The BanalFatal program in spinal cord injury prevention.

Title: The BanalFatal program in spinal cord injury prevention Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to examine the subjective impressions of participants after the completion of this program (lesson) so that it is possible to assess the emotional impact of the program and its impact on the further behavior of children. Methods: A quantitative strategy was used for the research part of the thesis. For the purposes of the research, two original questionnaires were created. 6 primary schools were contacted, in which the BanalFatal program previously took place. The questionnaire, aimed at school prevention methodologists, was filled in by all addressed school staff, but only in 4 school facilities, it was possible to interview school pupils. Thus, 6 school prevention methodologists and 164 pupils from 4 selected primary schools (Prague 11, 4, Litoměřice, Dačice) were interviewed. The questionnaire for prevention methodologists contains closed, semi-closed, and open questions. The questionnaire for pupils was created in the form of a survey and contained only closed questions. The bachelor thesis is focused on the counselling system in the Czech Republic and its use by secondary school pupils. It will be divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will describe the brief history of the counselling system in the Czech Republic and the legislation related to the individual components of the counselling system specifically school counselling centers and school counsel-ling facilities. The following chapters will then provide an in depth illustration of school counselling centers and school counselling facilities and services provided to pupils. The methods of processing the theoretical part will be the study of print-ed and electronic sources, analysis, comparison of findings and synthesis. In the practical part of the work, a survey will be carried out, the aim of which is to find out the pupils' awareness of the offer of counselling services, the degree and rea-sons for their use and the satisfaction of the pupils with the provided services. The survey will take place at the Secondary School of Hotel and Services in Kroměříž. The respondents will be apprentice students. Implementation of primary prevention in primary schools in selected Central Bohemian micro-region

The diploma thesis is focused on the problem of risk behavior and its prevention in primary schools of selected Central Bohemian micro-region. The work evaluates and compares the individual programs of primary prevention of schools. In connection with these findings, interviews with school prevention methodologies are analyzed and information is supplemented. The aim of this thesis is to find out how primary prevention programs of selected schools are implemented and to compare the content of programs with the actual implementation. Another aim of the thesis is to find out and recommend good practice, based on the experience of these schools. The whole work is divided into two basic parts, which are theoretical basis and practical part including research. The theoretical part introduces the current terminology in this area. The practical part describes the research, which took place in two stages. First, the primary prevention programs were analyzed from the content and these findings were subsequently supplemented by interviews with school prevention methodologies of schools in the selected Central Bohemian micro-region. Mapping the implementation of school-based prevention of risk behaviour at elementary schools in Prague 6

Background: School prevention programs of risky behavior should be an important part of the education of children and adolescents. The programs are implemented by each school individually according to the elaborated Minimum Preventive Program (MPP) and their mediation and implementation is supervised by the school prevention methodologist (ŠMP). Within the Prague 6 City District, there is close cooperation between ŠMP, the prevention methodologist from the pedagogical- psychological counseling center and the drug coordinator. The aim of this cooperation is to ensure quality of prevention in local schools and in the wider community of the municipality. Objectives: The aim of the study is to map the process of implementation of programs of general school primary prevention of risky behavior in primary schools in the administrative district of Prague 6 in terms of performance of the function of the ŠMP, elaboration of MPP and implementation of preventive programs. Safe climate at elementary schools in Třebíč with focus on bullying and cyberbullying

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of safe climate in primary schools of Třebíč, focusing on bullying and cyberbullying. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes bullying, cyberbullying and prevention, in the practical part, you can find its research and results. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the system of prevention at primary schools in Třebíč. The partial aim was to find out whether there is bullying and cyberbullying in these elementary schools and how to deal with it. Qualitative research was used to achieve the goals. A semi-structured interview technique was used to identify specific information. The sample consisted of school prevention methodologists and workers of low-threshold facilities for children and youth. Their answers were subsequently processed and the system of prevention in Třebíč schools was described. The results show that primary schools are based on a safe climate and therefore pay close attention to the prevention. Schools follow the methodological instructions of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to prevent and deal with bullying and cyberbullying. The bachelor thesis and its results can bring a comprehensive view of the prevention against bullying and cyberbullying in primary schools of Třebíč. This work is beneficial for parents of children entering elementary school. Furthermore, it can serve as a basis for prevention methodologies, social workers and others dealing with bullying and cyberbullying.

The main aim of the thesis is to map out problematic pupil from the teacher's perspectvie, specifically the perspective of school prevention methodologhist. In the theoretical part, it mentions problematic behavior in general. The following chapters deal specifically with problematic behavior at school. There are mentioned its causes, the differences between the pupil with behavioral disorders and the pupil with problematic behavior as well as the characteristics of the problem child. The third chapter deals with the troubled pupil's family and the communication between school and parents. In the next part of the text there are mentioned some researches, which focused on the perception of the problematic pupils from the teachers point of view, their relationship and their approach, including the personality of pedagogue and burnout syndrome sub-chapters. Cyberbullying of children and youth and possibly preventative measures

The bachelor thesis deals with cyberbullying in children and youth and possible preventive measures. The theoretical part deals with the concept of cyberbulling, describes the participants cyberbullying and cyberspace. It deals with preventive measures from the point of view of the school, parents and describes safe internet and non-label rules (of internet). The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the experience of the professional public with implemented preventive measures against cyberbullying. The semi-structured interview and their evaluation using the trick method were used to achieve the goal. The research highlights to the effectiveness of preventive measures used, the lack of cooperation of experts with parents and the importance of the role of preventists in the development of information technology.
