Bakalářská práce se zabývá kyberšikanou u dětí a mládeže a možnými preventivními opatřeními. Teoretická část pojednává o pojmu kyberšikana, popisuje účastníky kyberšikany a kyberprostor. Zabývá se preventivními opatřeními z pohledu školy, rodičů a popisuje bezpečná pravidla internetu a netiketu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat zkušenosti odborné veřejnosti s realizovanými preventivními opatřeními proti kyberšikaně. Pro naplnění cíle bylo využito polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a jejich vyhodnocení pomocí metody trsování. Výzkum poukazuje na využívané efektivní preventivní opatření, nedostatečnou spolupráci odborníků s rodiči a důležitost role preventistů vzhledem k rozvoji informační technologie. The bachelor thesis deals with cyberbullying in children and youth and possible preventive measures. The theoretical part deals with the concept of cyberbulling, describes the participants cyberbullying and cyberspace. It deals with preventive measures from the point of view of the school, parents and describes safe internet and non-label rules (of internet). The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the experience of the professional public with implemented preventive measures against cyberbullying. The semi-structured interview and their evaluation using the trick method were used to achieve the goal. The research highlights to the effectiveness of preventive measures used, the lack of cooperation of experts with parents and the importance of the role of preventists in the development of information technology.
