Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na posouzení informačního systému a návrh změn. Východiskem pro analytickou a návrhovou část byl teoretický základ dané problematiky. Použité metody jsou z prostředí projektového managementu. Výstupem této práce jsou rady pro organizaci, které by měli posílit slabá místa informačního systému. Dále implementace nástroje pro projektové řízení včetně potřebných financí i jeho alternativy. Všechny návrhy možných řešení jsou nasměrované na podnik, který působí v segmentu lidských zdrojů.

Nástroj pro podporu časového plánování v projektech: Metody CPM a PERT

Práce se zabývá tématem projektového řízení. Nejprve je vysvětlena teorie týkající se problematiky projektového řízení a principy metod CPM (Critical Path Method) a PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique). Dále je na základě analýzy dostupných nástrojů na trhu proveden návrh nové aplikace a jeho implementace. Aplikace byla implementována v jazyce Java. Závěrem jsou zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky a je uveden návrh možných rozšíření.

In addition to the assessment of the system itself, it also deals with the proposal for its change, the implementation procedure, together with the risk management and time analysis. The content of the work is, in addition to the above, the analysis of the company in terms of external and internal environment, a description of the information systems used and their audit.

Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na popis vybrané společnosti a analýzu informačního systému. Na základě analýzy jsou v poslední části navrhnuty změny, které zefektivňují současný stav informačního systému.

The diploma thesis includes the assessment, analysis and preparation of proposals to improve the efficiency and security of the information system and the company itself operating in the field of translation and localization services. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical background related to the problem of the thesis. The second part is dedicated to the business, its analysis and the analysis of its internally developed information system. Based on the results of these analyses, the final part of the thesis will propose changes that will lead to the simplification of business processes and increase the productivity of the company.

It discusses the assessment and suggestions for changes to the company's information system. Given issues contains the theoretical background to the given issues and analyzes that were carried out in the company environment. Based on the analysis, the work actually includes suggestions for solutions for streamlining the information system and an overall summary.

This diploma thesis focuses on analysis, evaluation and improvement proposals for an information system used by a specific company from the insurance business. The company offers services to insurance companies, such as motor vehicle or property inspection and damage assessment. The first part describes the theory related to the main focus areas of this thesis. The second part contains an overview of the company, its analysis as well as evaluation of the information system used within the company. Finally, a set of proposals will be formulated, based on the outcomes of company and information system evaluation, aiming to simplify company processes and increase company’s productivity.

Návrh projektu vývoje generického léčivého přípravku

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt, který bude sloužit jako návrh pro vývoj generického přípravku pro firmu Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. V práci budou uplatněny metody projektového managementu. Výstupem práce bude plán projektu, pro jehož sestavení bude využito funkcí programu MS Project. K dalším výstupům práce bude patřit několik analýz, jako například analýza rizika, nebo zdrojová analýza.
