DC machine measurement and analysis using LabView
Loun, Lukáš ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
The virtual laboratory is divided into two groups. The first group is comprised of a virtual laboratory for simulation. It is mostly used for presentation and demonstration purposes. It is not necessary to install complicated and expensive software for their use. The second group of the virtual laboratory is a long distance measure. Real systems are measured with the help of this laboratory. The advantage of long distance measuring is that data from the measurements are saved directly onto the personal computer and they can be immediately evaluated. In this project the procedure for creating a virtual instrument for long distance measuring is described in the LabVIEW program. LabVIEW is a graphic developmental environment, for the measuring and analysis of data.
Design and construction of automatic galvanic line
Vondruš, Jiří ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Melichar, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design of automated system of electroplating. The first part is centered on designing the technological process for this electroplating and the setout of operating vats. It also deals with the project of mechanical construction, electrical system, with the computing procedure and the optimum choice of gear for galvanic line model. The work includes the design of a DC motor controller, the computing procedure and the construction of heating element for vats heater simulation. The last part of this thesis offers an insight to the control system and the assembled program. In the addendum, the photo of the realized model, the wiring scheme, and the programme transcript for control galvanic line model can be found.
A traction drive for an electric bike with motor "Heinzmann"
Němec, Petr ; Huták, Petr (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
This work deals with a proposal and construction of a DC/DC converter for a control of a DC motor Heinzmann. The DC/DC converter will be used in an electric drive for a bicycle. The proposal of the DC/DC converter is designed for such engine power to avoid fully any human force to drive - pedaling. The work includes informations about the used motor, progress of proposal and dimensioning of the converter - power circuit and control electronics.
DC motor controler with feedback
Dundáček, Martin ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with DC motor control. Main goal was design and realization of DC motor controler module with feedback. The first part dwells on methods for DC motor control and HW design of control module. The second part describes development of software for the module, testing and sums up results.
Design and implementation of demonstration model "Inverted pendulum" customized for long time autonomous use
Sukovatý, Adam ; Chalupa, Jan (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
This thesis is connected with precedent thesis concerning the construction and creation of inverted pendulum. The first step is an identification of model parameters based on derivation of equations of motion. Process continues with linearization of equations and design state space control using LQR method. Control of pendulum was improved by swing-up mechanism, during its testing was detected some restrictions of the system. These problems were analysed in the end of thesis and there is proposed solution.
HIL Simulation of Electronic Throttle
Maliszewski, Michal ; Chalupa, Jan (referee) ; Sova, Václav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the Hardware in the Loop (HIL) simulation of an electronic throttle. In the following text its mathematical model for different options of friction and hardstops is deduced. Model parameters were obtained by measurement on the real throttle. In the next step the thesis aims on designing the suitable control algorithm, which is used for own HIL simulation. The output of the thesis is the choice of the best model with respect to accuracy and computation time of the simulation.
TeachRobot control design and realization
Dohnal, Jakub ; Matyáš, Pavel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the management model of industrial manipulator using a microcontroller. The first part deals with the theoretical basis. The second part deals with the description of the model TeachRobot. The third part describes the design and implementation of the control electronics. The last part consists of a description of software microcontroller.
Manipulator control via microcontroller
Šíl, Petr ; Liška, Radovan (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the control of the manipulator by microcontroller. It is a scale model of the manipulator, which will demonstrate the functions of a similar manipulator in the real time practice. The design of the manipulator consists of two parts, the mechanical part and driving part. In each section were chosen suitable parts to fulfil requirements of desired functions. The functionality, simplicity of manufacturing of all sections, the price and simplicity of control were the main criteria during the design of the manipulator. The system utilised ATmega 128 and development environment AVR Studio 4 to control and test microcontroller ATmega128.
Design of electrical travel of reaper`s drive unit
Otoupalík, Jan ; Černý, Michal (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of electrical travel for universal mowing machine, which will be controlled remotely. Designed travel has independent wheel drive, the maximum speed of 10 km per hour and can be used in the terrain with a slope of 30°. The thesis deals with the determination the parameters of the travel, design of the possible electrical drive units and design with respect to the stability of the device. Another part of the thesis deals with the design of the travel and describes particular parts of the travel.
Modeling of DC motor in MATLAB/Simulink
Kunovský, Martin ; Kerlin,, Tomáš (referee) ; Hubík, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the direct current motors, their properties and modelling. For modelling mathematic modul of direct current motor was created, which is linked to H-bridge and managed of PWM signal. After that general user environment GUI was created, which can run simulation after setting primary motor characteristic, and we can monitor it. This is executed in environment Matlab&simulink.
