Trends in the results of local elections in the Hradec Králové region in the years 2010-2022

This thesis aims to analyse the results of the local elections in the Hradec Králové Region in the years 2010-2022 and point out their mutual trends. In the theoretical part, the development of self-government and self-government elections are discussed, and then hypotheses for the analytical part are formed. Two elements of municipal elections will be discussed, namely voter turnout according to various factors and the results of political parties. Special attention is be paid to comparing districts.

PharmDr. Josef Malý, Ph.D. Introduction: The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issues of immunity support and respiratory infections and their symptoms, along with possible solutions through medicinal plants and their preparations. The practical part of the thesis includes the results of a survey that monitors the experiences, opinions, and perspectives on phytotherapy from both the general public and professionals. The thesis first introduces various respiratory infections along with their symptoms and causes, and subsequently discusses medicinal plants and the evidence supporting their use. The work includes plants with immunostimulatory effects, followed by plants with antiviral effects, and then plants that help treat the symptoms of respiratory infections. Assessment of physical fitness in seniors of Prague 12 Abstract: his final thesis is focused on assessment of muscular condition and on an influence of lifestyle on a body composition and muscle strength of upper and lower limbs of seniors. Since the end of the last century there is no longer the aim to prolong human life but its quality improvement. This can be achieved by active lifestyle and regular physical activity. The problem is that older people do not perform movement and consequently they lose muscle mass quickly. That is why it is important to focus on the rating of muscular apparatus and strength. This thesis deals with basic age attributes. It explains the higher level of muscle productivity and physical activities. It also warns about the consequences of the passive way of life. The main goal of this thesis is the evaluation of the current level of muscle productivity of the elderly sample of Prague 12. The partial goal is to evaluate self-sufficiency and independence of a research group. This research group was formed by nine senior women aged from 70 to 85 and by four men aged from 71 to 82. The diploma thesis deals with the tax effects on Czech entities carrying out economic activities in Austria. The theoretical part of thesis focuses on the definition of basic concepts of tax issues, description of the tax system in the selcted country. Furthermore, the theoretical part covers the principles of the double taxation treaty between the Czech Republic and Austria. The practical part is dedicted to model examples of Czech entities doing business or working in Austria.

Artificial intelligence in education

Tato práce se zaměřuje na integraci umělé inteligence (AI) do oblasti vzdělávání. Zkoumá historický vývoj, teoretické principy a praktické aplikace umělé inteligence ve vzdělávání. Práce se rovněž věnuje výhodám a problémům spojeným s implementací AI ve vzdělávacím prostředí, včetně etických aspektů a ochrany soukromí a důvěryhodnosti AI. Na základě analýzy reálných příkladů tato studie nabízí cenné poznatky o tom, jak může AI ovlivnit personalizované učení, hodnocení výsledků žáků a efektivitu administrace ve školách. Praktická část práce se zabývá rolí AI ve školním prostředí a jejím vlivem na vzdělávání za pomoci dotazníku. Průzkum ukázal, že studenti mají pozitivnější vztah k AI a jsou častějšími uživately umělé inteligence než učitelé, kteří mají spíše skeptický vztah k AI. Navzdory tomu obě skupiny podporují začlenění umělé inteligence do vzdělávání.

Arch pedestrian bridge over the road

This work deal with the design of a footbridge over a four-lane expressway. At the place where the footbridge is going to be designed is a bedrock in a great depth. Two preliminary variants were created, from which was selected the variant of the arched footbridge. Arched footbridge is a self-anchored structure consisting of a supporting reinforced concrete arch and prestressed bridge desk. For this footbridge was elaborated a more detailed study, static calculation and drawing documentation.

Growth of organic semiconductor on heteromolecular layer

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou a analýzou heteromolekulárních vrstev obsahujících molekuly kyseliny 1,3,5-benzentribenzoové (BTB) nebo kyseliny 4,4'-bifenyl-dikarboxylové (BDA) spolu s pentacenovými molekulami na substrátu Ag(111). Uspořádání molekul v takových vrstvách závisí na několika faktorech, jako je množství deponovaných molekul na povrchu, pořadí, v jakém jsou molekuly deponovány, a míra deprotonace jejich karboxylových skupin. Následně byl studován růst organického polovodiče pentacenu na heterovrstvě obsahující BTB a pentacenové molekuly. Bylo zjištěno, že růst probíhá ve formě velkých ostrůvků, které se rozrůstají dendriticky. Tyto ostrůvky však nejsou kompaktní, ale skládají se z malých molekulových klastrů. Všechny vytvořené vrstvy byly zkoumány v podmínkách ultravysokého vakua (UHV) pomocí nízkoenergetického elektronového mikroskopu (LEEM) a rastrovacího tunelového mikroskopu (STM).

This thesis explores the application of self-supervised learning (SSL) methods such as data masking, data order shuffling, and contrastive learning, to extract meaningful representations from network flow data, specifically using the CESNET TLS22 dataset from CESNET DataZoo. The main goal is to develop a robust model that improves the understanding and analysis of network flows through effective representation learning without relying on labeled data. The research utilizes the PyTorch computational framework for designing, training, and evaluating the performance of the model.
