Modelling of 8051 Processor
Krůpa, Tomáš ; Kajan, Michal (referee) ; Masařík, Karel (advisor)
Computer modeling is nowadays very important part of development of almost any new product. The objective of this bachelors thesis is to develop a model of 8051 microprocessor that should enlarge a portfolio of customizable processors available for Codasip platform. The complete model is described in two levels of abstraction the instruction accurate model and the cycle accurate model. For verification of the model, ANSI C programs translated by SDCC compiler were used.
Simulation of the 8051 Microprocessor Architecture
Šimon, Petr ; Křoustek, Jakub (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
More than 90% of processors are used in embedded systems today. Processor design for embedded systems is becoming complicated, so it should be automate as much as possible. This bachelor thesis deals with design of the microcontroller 8051. Design is created according to available documentation and ISAC language is used for model description. Results of model simulations are analyzed at the end of this thesis.
Implementation of General Assembler
Husár, Adam ; Masařík, Karel (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of the universal assembler that represents a part of the Lissom project. You will be provided with the description of the assembler architectures and their usual tasks. Special attention is paid to GNU assembler. Designed assembler consists of the fixed and the generated part. The generated part is created automatically from the description of instruction set, that is defined using architecture and instructions set description language ISAC. Using this approach, it is possible to change assembler target architecture automatically. The second part of thesis describes the Parserlib2 library implementation that is a part of the Lissom project and provides the information about the target instruction set for an assembler generator.
Processor Models Creation Using ADL Language
Steinhauser, Dominik ; Hynek, Jiří (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
Goal of this bachelor thesis is to create instruction level models of two processors Tensilica Xtensa and Sparc Leon. Models were implemented in CodAL language. Development, simulation and testing took place in Codasip Studio, an IDE developed by Codasip company. Application Specific Instruction-Set Processors can be implemented from scratch or already implemented processor can be modified to meet needs of specific aplication. My models will be added to portfolio of Codasip company to be used and modified by the user of Codasip Studio. Result of this work are tested models of these two processors. Simulator, assembler and C language compiler of these processors can be generated. Models were compared by several Benchmark tests and results were analyzed.
A Language for Description of Instruction Sets
Forejtník, Jan ; Charvát, Lukáš (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis introduces a simple concept of a language for description of microprocessor architecture, namely the instruction set. An interpreter of the language capable of simulating the behavior of the architecture is briefly described. This text may also serve as a manual for using the interpreter.
RISC-V Model Creation
Nosterský, Milan ; Zachariášová, Marcela (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the implementations of RISC-V processor model in the language for architecture description  CodAL. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on the description of CodAL language and classification of processors. The practical part of thesis deals with the implementation of processor RISC-V on instruction accurate level and the model testing. The thesis also deals with the implementation of MMU, timer and analysis of the proxy kernel.
Processor Model Creation Using ADL Language
Ostatník, Kristián ; Zachariášová, Marcela (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to create an instruction-accurate model of ARC processor using the CodAL ADL language. The first part is dedicated to classification of processors and ADL languages. The second part describes the implementation process and the generation of C/C++ compiler for debugging and verification of the created model. At the end the created model is compared to an existing model ARC 700 on a set of benchmark tests.
The rate of physical activity of people with spinal cord lesions
Maráčková, Petra ; Vařeková, Jitka (advisor) ; Malá, Michaela (referee)
Title: The rate of physical activity of people with spinal cord lesions. Objectives: The aim of the research was to verify the usability of a non-standardized questionnaire for collecting data on the level of physical activity and other selected lifestyle factors in people with spinal cord injury. Methods: Quantitative research was carried out in the field environment of Centrum Paraple. It was an observational study consisting of a pilot survey of a sample of the population of people with spinal cord injury about the level of physical activity. We used a non-standardized electronic questionnaire "LTPA-SCI" ("Leisure time physical activity for people with spinal cord injury "), created by spinal specialists of Centrum Paraple. A total of n = 66 respondents participated in the study (male n = 53; female n = 13). The sampling was random. The criteria for inclusion in the study were a minimum age limit of 18 years, a diagnosis of spinal cord lesions with complete and incomplete spinal cord damage and participation in a three-week movement program at Centrum Paraple. The data were processed using descriptive statistics in Excel program. Results: A sample of respondents to this survey shows that Centrum Paraple's clients perform more physical activity in their home environment, a total of 86%. The age...
The rate of physical activity of people with spinal cord lesions
Maráčková, Petra ; Vařeková, Jitka (advisor) ; Malá, Michaela (referee)
Title: The rate of physical activity of people with spinal cord lesions Objectives: Examining the applicability of the questionnaire "LTPA-SCI" created by spinal specialists of Centrum Paraple for the investigation of leisure physical activity in individuals after spinal cord lesion and other selected related lifestyle factors. Methods: Quantitative research in the form of a non-standardized electronic questionnaire. Observational study consisting of a pilot survey of a sample of the population on the level of physical activity. The criteria for participation were clients of Centrum Paraple, with spinal cord damage complete and incomplete. 66 respondents, of which 53 men and 13 women. Minimum age 18 years and maximum unspecified. Results: Quantitative statistical data processing and evaluation of hypotheses and research questions. Keywords: complete/incomplete lesions, spinal cord damage (SCI), physical activity, health, motivation
The effect of Iyengar yoga practice on patients with multiple sclerosis
Vodičková, Jitka ; Ježková, Martina (advisor) ; Klimošová, Sylva (referee)
Bibliographical record VODIČKOVÁ, Jitka. The effect of Iyengar yoga practise on patients with multiple sclerosis. Prague: Charles University, 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, 2022. 220 p. Supervisor Mgr. Martina Ježková. Abstract This longitudinal clinical study examines the overall impact of Iyengar yoga practice on patients with multiple sclerosis rated 5.5-7.5 on the EDSS scale. The theoretical part outlines the issues of multiple sclerosis. Then the basic principles of yoga are introduced, and the various modifications of the postures used in yoga therapy in our study are described and illustrated. The paper outlines the mechanisms by which yoga can influence individual symptoms of multiple sclerosis. The practical part consists of case reports of five patients who attended Iyengar yoga sessions for three months and were followed up for a total of seven months. The aim was to clarify how the condition of patients with multiple sclerosis develops with the restriction or complete cessation of physical activity, what effect the practice of Iyengar yoga has on the patients and whether this effect persists for two months after the cessation of the practice. The second part focuses on the comparison of the change in the observed parameters in different patients with...
