Perception of the legal regulation of the profession of secondary school pedagogical workers by its addressees Abstract The aim of this thesis is to find out how school principals and teachers of grammar schools founded by a public founder perceive their rights and obligations on the basis of an analysis of relevant legal regulations and a sociological survey in relation to these subjects. Specifically, the thesis summarises the extent to which these subjects are aware of their rights and obligations in relation to health and safety regulations, liability and furthermore in the context of selected labour law issues. However, it is not only about their knowledge in this area, but also about their perception of the setting of the school system and whether they feel sufficiently protected by the legislation in such a system. The main sources for understanding the legal regulation of the profession of school principal and teacher of grammar schools established by a public founder, from which the thesis draws, are the Education Act, the Labour Code, the Civil Code and related sub-legislative regulations, together with internal methodologies of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the constructions of waste disposers. It contains a description of creating a new structural design. It was created from a research. The research is about the types of machine constructions in this area. Bachelor's thesis is also about placement of these machines in the crushing lines. Bachelor's thesis also contains an overview of manufacturers and companies that deal with the constructions in the question. The design was constructed based on the DUC16 from the company Unikasset. regarding the waste crusher DUC16 from Unikasset. After carrying out the balance sheet and functional calculations, the waste crusher was constructed. The output of the work is an assembly drawing.

The clinching technology

This bachelor thesis contains a description of clinching technology. Most common failures of a clinch joint, which is either a fracture at the neck of the joint or a slip of the top layer, are shown. Furthermore, this work deals with the comparison of clinching with spot welding, which lists the advantages and disadvantages of clinching technology compared to spot welding technology. A list of several clinching methods is given. Follows an overview of clinching machines and tools. And at the end are indicated some examples of the use of clinching in practice.

This master's thesis deals with the issue of censorship in the internet. Specifically, it describes technical means for censorship and methods of checking on existing projects. There are also presented various alternatives of circumvention censorship, which allow to access blocked information via the internet. Finally, it describes a system that allows practical verification of censorship in the People's republic of China. The results obtained with this system are thoroughly described and discussed.

A Design and Development of a Power Supply for Laptops in Ordinary Motor Vehicles

Cílem této práce je navrhnout a sestavit napájecí zdroj pro notebooky různých výrobců pro použití v osobních a nákladních automobilech a na motocyklech s výstupním výkonem až 120W. Výsledný zdroj obsahuje USB-C konektor pro podporu napájení notebooků a chytrých zařízení s podporou Power Delivery, dále USB-A konektor s podporou Quick Charge 3.0 a také 12V automobilovou zásuvku pro možnost připojení dalšího automobilového příslušenství. Napájecí zdroj dále disponuje ochranou proti přepětí a přepólování vstupního napětí a také ochranou proti přetížení jednotlivých výstupů. Součástí zařízení je také LED displej, který uživateli umožňuje pomocí vstupního rozhraní jednoduše nastavit výstupní napětí pro notebook a sledovat aktuální hodnoty všech výstupů. Pro nastavování výstupu, indikaci a ochrany je použit mikrokontroler Arduino Nano.

Design of Formula Student Wheel Suspensions

Tato práce se se zabývá návrhem kinematiky zavěšení kol obou náprav. Na základě analýz jízdních dat, multi-body simulací v softwaru Adams Car, simulací v Matlabu a analytických kalkulací v Mathcadu, je navržena řada změn s cílem zlepšit jízdní vlastnosti vozu Formule student, tyto změny jsou následně implementovány do CAD modelu vozu. Jednotlivé změny kinematiky náprav jsou provedeny na základě analýzy konkrétního problému, který se snaží řešit. Jednou z problematik je zástavbová náročnost systému odpružení a zavěšení zadních kol, zde je cílem snížit hmotnost, výšku těžiště a moment setrvačnosti. Další problematikou je geometrie předního kola, kde je cílem zlepšit využití pneumatik a snížit síly v řízení. Dále se práce zabývá simulacemi elastokinematiky zadní nápravy, součástí je také návrh měřícího zařízení. V poslední části je zkoumán vliv provedených změn i elastokinematiky na jízdní dynamiku vozu v ustálených stavech za pomocí MM metody simulované s modelem celého vozu v Adams Car a zpracované v Matlabu.

Analysis of machining finishing methods

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of finishing machining methods. The work describes the technologies of grinding, honing, lapping, polishing, tumbling and superfinishing. Furthermore, the residual surface tension after the superfinishing method is analyzed and two possible methods of its measurement are described. An experiment was also performed in which the finishing processes for the bearing spherical roller for axial spherical roller bearing 29434EJ-3, the bearing spherical roller for double row spherical roller bearing 23164CJ-3 and the inner bearing ring for double row spherical roller bearing 22224EKJ N7-2 were described. Six surface roughness measurements were then performed on the surfaces of these components. For the 23164CJ-3 barrel, the mean arithmetic deviation Ra of the profile ranged between 0.59 and 0.70 µm, for the 29434EJ-3 barrel, the Ra value ranged between 0.26 and 0.31 µm, and for the 22224EKJ N7-2 inner bearing ring, between 0.22 to 0.28 m.

Bachelor’s thesis includes the design and construction plan for a family house with a place of business in the town of Brno in the stage of project documentation for construction. The family house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one basement, two above grade storeys and attic. The roof is designed as a saddle. To the building lead a pedestrian and acces roads and lan dis fenced. The main part of the building is invented for living, groundfloor is using for store with the purpose of the account agency.
