Seniors as a specific group in the process of lifelong learning

My thesis focuses on discussing and analyzing the problems of seniors' education, mostly from the theoretical point of view. The whole theme is divided into six chapters. The first part briefly describes the historical development of education of seniors. The second chapter is concentrated on the importance of seniors' education, both from the view of society (the emphasis is placed on population growth) and from the view of seniors. An important part of this chapter is also a motivation for late life learning. The third and the fourth parts are more focused on the process of education. In the third chapter I depict old age as a developmental stage and also the specificities of the elderly in the learning process, including a description of changes in cognitive functions that occur and have a considerable impact on the learning process. The fourth chapter is focused on gerontological didactics. The fifth chapter defines the concept of lifelong learning. The sixth summarizes the basic educational opportunities for senior citizens in the Czech Republic.

The impact of educational activities of selected NGOs in the CR on the process of migrant children inclusion to the Czech society

In my Master thesis, I deal with the impact of educational activities of selected NGOs on the process of migrant children inclusion to the Czech society. The thesis is both theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with the process of immigrant integration and with the role of the governmental and non-profit organizations. A large part is devoted to the migrant children's education and to the difficulties which they have and must overcome. The end of the theoretical part presents the educational activities of selected non-profit organizations, which focus not only on helping migrant children, but also on working with schools and families of the children. The empirical part examines the impact of specific educational activities realized at the community center InBáze on the process of migrant children inclusion to the Czech society. Knowledge Sharing in the Enterprise

This thesis deals with the process of knowledge sharing, which is practiced in societies via knowledge management. It is a relatively new discipline in their entirety and it uses a pair of modern societies. To work was selected by Business Media CZ Ltd., in which the analysis was performed motivators acting on knowledge sharing. It is a small company, but with knowledge management a couple of years working and has surely what to improve.
The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the work is handled via literature review and practical part contains its own processing. The first part describes the importance, objectives and basic concepts of knowledge management, what is a suitable environment for sharing knowledge and motivating employees to share knowledge and better performance. In the second part (custom processing) is used questionnaires, based on which it was drawn up a proposal to improve knowledge sharing within the organization.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of corporate culture that is an important part of every company. The first part is focused on the theoretical concept of the topic and is based on a specialized literature study. General ideas, such as characteristic of corporate culture, its history, origin, structure, elements, typology, content and power, research, impact on individuals and the way of change, are also defined here. In the practical part, it was come out of questionnaire and observation made in the specific company. Results were reviewed and a solution of the current situation in the company was suggested.

Marketing communication in the selected company

The theme of this bachelor thesis is marketing communication in the selected company. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part was based on studying technical literature and the term marketing and its main tools, which are called marketing mix, are explained there.
The practical part contains analysis of individual tools of marketing mix in chosen restaurant. For the purposes of this analysis was created electronic questionnaire, in which customers of the restaurant could comment on offered services and their quality. Based on the results of the questionnaire were made proposals for better use of marketing tools.

This thesis deals with the proposal of strategic development of the business subject. The theoretical knowledge from scientific literature, lecture notes, courses and trusted websites orientated on strategic control and strategic marketing were used. First part of this thesis is dedicated to business development, the mission and goals of a company, strategic control and strategic marketing including strategic analysis. It also describes marketing goals and internet marketing forms. In the operative part, there is the characterisation of the business subject followed with proper study, which includes the analysis of inner and outer ambient of a company and financial analysis. At the end there are the summary of results found and the proposal of strategic development. with the use of internet marketing tools.

The practical part describes the motivation mechanism of the state company Vojenské lesy a statky ČR.

This thesis focuses on small business entity, a tradesman, who owns shop with pet supplies in Zlín
The theoretical part describes the general procedures for effective capital given notice, propose solutions organization and operation of the company, workflows, development financing, market demand and supply in the sector. Part also deals with the use of IS, web, PR, goodwill.
In a part own work focuses on the application of these theoretical methods on my chosen subject. Above all, the creation of a comprehensive and coherent strategy, defining specific procedures-based calculations and forecasts for the development of the business entity.
