Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem strategie rozvoje podnikatelského subjektu. Ke zpracování strategie bylo využito teoretických poznatků z odborné literatury, skript, přednášek a spolehlivých internetových zdrojů zabývajících se strategickým řízením a marketingem. První část se věnuje teorii podnikání, poslání podniku, strategickému řízení a strategickému marketingu včetně analýz prostředí. Zabývá se také marketingovými cíly a popisuje formy internetového marketingu. V praktické části je charakterizován podnikatelský subjekt a následuje vlastní rozbor, který obsahuje analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a finanční analýzu. Na závěr jsou shrnuty výsledky a navrhnuta strategie rozvoje pomocí internetového marketingu. This thesis deals with the proposal of strategic development of the business subject. The theoretical knowledge from scientific literature, lecture notes, courses and trusted websites orientated on strategic control and strategic marketing were used. First part of this thesis is dedicated to business development, the mission and goals of a company, strategic control and strategic marketing including strategic analysis. It also describes marketing goals and internet marketing forms. In the operative part, there is the characterisation of the business subject followed with proper study, which includes the analysis of inner and outer ambient of a company and financial analysis. At the end there are the summary of results found and the proposal of strategic development. with the use of internet marketing tools.
