How the Generation Z Consumes News on Social Media

This bachelor thesis aims to examine how the Generation Z receives news from social media in the Czech Republic. Using a qualitative research method, focus groups find out the reasons for this group to use social media as a source of news, describe how Generation Z evaluates the news contribution and how it handles it and the information from it then. The first part of the thesis gives an insight into the knowledge of news on social media (specifically Facebook and Instagram) and explains the main features of Generation Z; especially in relation to information and technology. Subsequently, the research method of semi-structured interviews is presented, which served as a preliminary research for the main technique of researching focus groups. This method is also explained in detail in the methodological part. The study group of 24 respondents was divided into three samples according to age; 16 and 17 years, 18 and 19 years, 20 to 24 years. The results are presented as a selection of significant participants' statements across groups. Although group interviews operate more specifically with the participants' specific statements, some generalization and the resulting understanding of Generation Z behavior is possible. Law in the area of multimedia

This thesis, dealing with law in the area of multimedia, is divided into four parts. In the first part, the reader will become acquainted with the legal rules applicable to the area of multimedia, which form the basis for this thesis. The second part deals with the copyright law of the Czech Republic and its application to the creation of multimedia work. This part is based on the Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll., and connects this Act with the practical situations and is derived from personal experience and analytical research. The third part describes the creation cycle for multimedia work and introduces the potential legal issues arising. This part is notionally divided into parts, which reflect production phases of the work process. The final part is about our bachelor's project, an example of a practical application of the knowledge set out in the previous parts.

Ovlivňuje širší využití hry v roli v taneční průpravě autentičnost projevu dětí a mládeže? Chtěla bych touto prací postupně obhájit kladnou odpověď na tuto otázku. V diplomové práci nejprve představuji hru obecně. Uvádím hru v roli - základní metodu dramatické výchovy jako součást nejen herní kategorie mimikry, ale i tance. Chci nabídnout příklady využití hry v roli v tanci v rámci výuky v tanečním oboru ZUŠ na I. stupni s přihlédnutím ke školním dokumentům a v souladu s psychosomatickým vývojem, v závislosti na věku.
Problem Group on The Labour Market and their Application of State subservience

This bachelor thesis focuses on problem groups in the labour market in accordance with the definition in Article No. 33 in the Act on Employment and support of the Czech Republic with their employment. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part describes the labour market, causes and forms of unemployment, problem groups in the labour market and existing approaches to dealing with the problems of these groups. The practical part of my thesis is devoted to chosen instruments of active employment policy and a comparison of these instruments in the period from 2008 to 2009. First of all numbers of created jobs within active employment policy are compared and then the expenditures the Czech Republic is spending on these tools each year.
The working with young people in Volunteer Firefighters Associations

My diploma thesis deals issue of activities with children and youth in operation of Sdružení hasičů Čech, Moravy a Slezska.Introduction of this thesis describes past of operation of SH ČMS, especially its education activities in past. There is analysis of organizational structure of SH ČMS as well. Thesis describes all vertical levels of organization (headquarters, region, district, precinct and local level) and all parts of horizontal division of organization (mayor, executive committee, audit committee, other teams etc.). Conclusion of the first part of diploma thesis deals funding organization and educational activities. The second part of this work is focused on educational system in SH ČMS. It meets us with year-round activities of young firefighters, methods of working during whole year and describes ?PLAMEN? game as main point in year-round activities of young firefighters. Very important is think about children team leader as well. In the conclusion of diploma thesis I mention little information about documentation necessary for working with young firefighters and cooperation with other organizations.
