Innovation Factors Influencing the Growth of Small and Medium-Sized Emterprises

Disertation work deals with innovative factors influencing the growth of small and medium enterprises. In this work are two main objectives related to the topic of work. The first one is definition of innovation activity on the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the South Moravian Region and the second one is analyzing the determinants of determining the internal environment of a company seeking to generate innovation podiku. Objectives and hypotheses were established on the basis of the literature search, with emphasis not only on business growth, but also on innovation. Primary research combines the use of qualitative and quantitative methods. The results obtained from statistical analyzes of primary research are presented in partial and general conclusion. This work consists methodological steps for small and medium-sized enterprises with an interest in growing their businesses. For a comprehensive view the work offers the disertatiton work the possibility of further expansion of research and outline the benefits of the individual spheres of professional life

Title of dissertation: Defense of a legal person in criminal proceedings Key words: defense of a legal entity, criminal proceedings, criminal liability of legal persons Abstract The topic of the rigorous thesis is the Defense of a legal entity in criminal proceedings. The first chapter deals with the basic concepts and concepts that the rigorous work deals with in it content, specifically it deals mainly with the concept and concept of a legal entity and it concept and defining features, then briefly outlines the history of legal entities. The second chapter of the submitted rigorous thesis is devoted to Act No. 418/2011 Coll., On the criminal liability of legal persons and proceedings against them. This law is first briefly characterized, then this chapter deals with topics directly related to this law, namely the analysis of key provisions of this law, the amendments made and their consequences for legal practice, reasons for punishing legal entities, the extent of criminalization of legal entities and finally and what vicissitudes accompanied the adoption of this law and what controversies surrounding it were discussed within the legal community. Assessment of Physics Tuition Quality Parametrs

This thesis deals with acquisition and evaluation of parameters of the physics tuition quality at high schools. Mapping the existing approaches to the education quality and tuition quality, the work includes also description of the progress and results of an expert investigation, contributing to creation of a new technique for monitoring the physics tuition and assessing its quality. Following chapters describe details of the research assessing the quality of the physics tuition performed by ten teachers at seven Prague high schools, discussing the validity and reliability of the technique created. Within the thesis, didactic preparation has been elaborated based on results of the research, usable for teaching the physical topic titled "Energy and Conservation Laws in Mechanics". I have taught this topic and the tuition has been assessed using the new technique. The thesis includes also a manual for future users of the monitoring and assessment technique.

Acoustic features of speech in multiple sclerosis

This thesis analyzes what acoustically sets apart recordings of healthy people from recordings of people afflicted with multiple sclerosis, and how this distinction can be used to automatically detect multiple sclerosis from fairly simple recordings of a subject's voice, potentially discovering early cases of this disease. Chapter 1 includes the theoretical background of the effect of multiple sclerosis on speech and the descriptions of the data, software, hypotheses and assumptions used here. Two sets recordings of read speech were used, a corpus of afflicted speakers and a control corpus of healthy speakers, totalling 250 individuals. A subset of this corpus was manually annotated, resulting in one dataset. Simultaneously, these entire corpora were also annotated automatically, resulting in another dataset, which was created to explore the possibility of detecting multiple sclerosis automatically. Criminalistic Experiment

The theme of this diploma thesis is the Criminalistic Experiment. The first chapter deals with more general issues. It states what is meant by the experiment in the normal sense and then explains the difference between experiment and the criminalistic experiment. The next chapter discusses the essence of the criminalistic experiment. The second chapter describes the legal treatment of the investigative trial, especially in Act No. 141/1961 Coll., Criminal Procedure Code. The issue of people participating in the investigative trial is also easily mentioned. The third chapter focuses on the historical aspects of the investigative trial, the comparison of several criminologists and their view on the subject of a criminalistic experiment. Next, the fourth chapter describes the investigative trial in comparison with similar forensic operations, and reconstruction, clearance testimony on the spot, recognition, and inspection of forensic expertise. The fifth chapter focuses on the essence, purpose, and objectives of the investigative attempt of the forensic science. Creation of interactive textbook for teaching physics on high school

This presented work focuses on problems of textbooks of physics at secondary schools. The contents of the first part is the research work on the subject of exploitation of textbooks of physics in teaching process, satisfaction with their quality and possibility of modernization in conformity with the Framework Educational Programme and present-day demands of students and teachers. The research was carried out by means of a questionnaire form. The forms were set among the students of the second and third years of chosen secondary grammar schools and among their teachers as well. From the evaluation of the questionnaires three most represented suggestions and demands on form and contents of a textbook were chosen. The second part of the work deals with the creation of the text of coursebooks. The text is intended for students and teachers of secondary schools, the level corresponds to secondary grammar school and its subject-matter is magnetic field. It contains 16 chapters organized hierarchically with regard to the Framework Educational Programme.
