Červený vrch primary school in Prague 6. It addresses the factors that influence the work of these children and the methods that can be used in practice. In the theoretical part of the thesis, it contains a definition of the terms behavioural and learning disorders, their causes, possibilities of re education including selected methods for working with these pupils. In the practical part of the thesis the focu aged from eight to twelve years. Interviews with children, parents, assistants and teachers were used in the research. In addition, the actual work with the pupils involved in the research. These met observation, interviews, working with pupils in the classroom, trying out the techniques described in the theoretical section and collaborative assessment. Perception of the mediation tool from the perspective of primary school's headmasters

The thesis deals with the perception of the mediation tool from the perspective of primary school principals. The theoretical part focuses on the history of mediation, its use, process and basic principles. It then details the role of the mediator and the specifics of school conflicts and mediation in schools. An insight into the benefits that mediation could bring to the school environment is also an integral part. The specifics of peer mediation are also briefly mentioned. In the practical part, the perspectives of five elementary school principals on the possibility of using mediation in school conflicts are mapped using semi-structured interviews. Their perspectives answer the basic question of how school principals currently perceive and deal with conflicts in schools and whether they see the possibility of using mediation practiced by a school counsellor or an outside mediator. This master's thesis focuses on upbringing student self-discipline at the elementary school level. The work explores various tools and techniques for promoting the development of self-discipline. The main objective of the thesis is to investigate the tools and techniques used by elementary school teachers to support the development of self-discipline in students. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the empirical. The theoretical part provides an overview of key concepts such as discipline, the meaning and function of discipline, its types, and self-discipline, will, and motivation. The thesis also delves into existing research on student self-discipline. Subsequently, it addresses the characteristics of the developmental stage of late childhood, known as adolescence. The final chapter of the theoretical part introduces tools and techniques for upbringing self-discipline. An elelmentary school teacher as a possible victim of bullying

The main goal of this thesis is to point out the danger and seriousness of bullying. An attempt to grasp the basic issue of bullied teachers, to map their experiences, to find out to what extent this negative phenomenon really takes place and how it is affected by the tolerance of violent behavior in the family. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of bullying, when a teacher finds himself in the role of a victim. The teaching profession is not exactly the easiest, on the contrary, especially nowadays. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of four main chapters. The first chapter explains basic concepts, including school climate, bullying, cyberbullying and aggression. These are the terms climate in the school environment, bullying, cyberbullying and aggression. The second chapter mainly describes the school and classroom climate, which can be understood as the basis for the quality of interpersonal relationships and social processes in a given school. This Diploma Thesis is about lifestyle of the pupils in elementary school. The content is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part includes five chapters which presents the topics about ways of the pupil life. Specifically, it describes the general lifestyle characteristics, the definition of the pupils age periods in elementary school, the possibilities of the pupil lifestyle in primary school, the description of the external influences on pupils and also it introduces a connection among the free time and the pupil lifestyle. The empirical part deals with quantitative research whose research method is a questionnaire. The goal is research lifestyle level of pupils. Only pupils from 3., 5., 7. and 9. classes. It is also focuses on specific parts: knowledge of healthy lifestyle, regularity of eating, correctness of food composition, correctness of drinking regimen composition, physical activity, mode of day and rest, gaming electronic devices activity and psychological well- being.
Education of people serving custodial sentence

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of educating people serving custodial sentence. Main aim of this thesis is to find out how is education of immprisoned people carried out and in what way is it reflected by people who are directly involved in the educational process. The theoretical part of this thesis provides a summary of the existing knowledge based on relevant literature study. The practical part describes our own research. The researching part is conducted by quantitative and qualitative research method. Quantitative research was carried out in a form of questionnaire survey, which took place among convicts included in the educational activities of the School education center in a prison, which served as a model for this bachelor thesis. Qualitative research was done in a form of structured interviews. For the first set of interviews were participants deliberately selected from the questionnaire survey. The second set of interviews took place with the experts from pedagogical practice. The obtained qualitative data are presented on the basis of frequency tables, showing the absolute, relative and cumulative frequency of the given phenomenon. Socio-pedagogical support of clients in mental health center for children and adolescents

The diploma thesis deals with the social and pedagogical support of the clients of the Mental Health Centre for Children and Adolescents. The topic was chosen so that the content of the diploma thesis would contribute to the development of the practice of this centre. Its objective is to find out the possibilities of implementation the social pedagogical support of the centre's clients in the case management of clients. To fulfil the set objective, the work deals with the support of the biopsychosocial health of the clients of this centre using available resources within the multidisciplinary community network. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of the Mental Health Centre for Children and Adolescents is presented, including the multidisciplinary staffing of the team. The Diploma Thesis focuses on the issue of children in foster care and the specifics of pedagogical work in elementary school. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the system of substitute family care and the definition of foster care, the second chapter describes foster care in the Czech Republic, while the third chapter focuses on child in foster care and its possible specific manifestations. The need of the social pedagogue at primary school

(in English) The diploma thesis deals with the role of the social pedagogue in primary schools and the view of the cooperating actors on its desirability, necessity and effectiveness in the work with pupils, families and social services. In this context, the thesis presents the pedagogue as a professional who supports the creation of appropriate, safe and satisfactory conditions for all pupils in the school environment, without distinction. As a part of his depistige activities, the social pedagogue seeks out and then supports disadvantaged pupils or pupils displaying pathological and risky behaviour in order to achieve the conditions necessary for them to change their behaviour. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the legislative and theoretical anchoring of the role of the social pedagogue is presented. The essential part of the thesis is also providing a closer look at the lack of methodological guidance of this position, which despite its undeniable effectiveness has no legal support, which is also related to funding. Issues of Burnout Syndrome of Educators in Institucions for Institutional and Protective Education

This master's thesis is focused on the issues of burnout Syndrome of educators in institucions or institutional and protective education in Usti region. The thesis is divided into two parts, which consist of the theoretical part and the actual research project. The theoretical section contains definitions of burnout syndrome, its symptoms, risk factors, includin its stages and methods of prevention. It also introduces the reader to institutional and protective education, where the characteristics of the facility are included. Last but not least, it defines the professional role of educator. The empirical part is based on effectuated research, for which a quantitative design was chosen. The method of the questionnaire surwey was used with respondents who perfom the role of educator in the Usti region in the mentioned institutions. The aim of this work was to find out the awareness of educators about burnout syndrome along with the level of burn out in the areas under study.
