Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vyhoření u vychovatelů zařízení ústavní a ochranné výchovy v Ústeckém kraji. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - část teoretickou a samotný výzkumný projekt práce. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmu syndrom vyhoření, jeho příznaků, rizikových faktorů, včetně jeho stádií a způsobů prevence. Dále čtenáři přibližuje ústavní a ochrannou výchovu, kde je součástí i charakteristika zařízení. V neposlední řadě vymezuje profesní roli vychovatele. Empirická část vychází z realizovaného výzkumného projektu práce, pro který byl zvolen kvantitativním design. Využita byla metoda dotazníkového šetření s respondenty, kteří vykonávají profesi vychovatele v rámci Ústeckého kraje ve zmíněných zařízeních. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit povědomí vychovatelů o syndromu vyhoření spolu s mírou vyhoření ve sledovaných oblastech. Získané údaje byly porovnány na základě zvolených proměnných. The thesis is divided into two parts, which consist of the theoretical part and the actual research project. The theoretical section contains definitions of burnout syndrome, its symptoms, risk factors, includin its stages and methods of prevention. It also introduces the reader to institutional and protective education, where the characteristics of the facility are included. Last but not least, it defines the professional role of educator. The empirical part is based on effectuated research, for which a quantitative design was chosen. The method of the questionnaire surwey was used with respondents who perfom the role of educator in the Usti region in the mentioned institutions. The aim of this work was to find out the awareness of educators about burnout syndrome along with the level of burn out in the areas under study.
