Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí zjistit, jakým způsobem vzdělávání odsouzených osob probíhá a jak je reflektováno osobami, které se vzdělávacího procesu přímo účastní. Teoretická část práce poskytuje shrnutí dosavadních poznatků prostřednictvím studia odborné literatury. V části je pak popsáno uskutečněné vlastní výzkumné šetření. á část práce se skládá Kvantitativní výzkum byl uskutečněn formou dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo mezi odsouzenými zařazenými ve vzdělávacích ktivitách Školského vzdělávacího střediska ve věznici, která pro bakalářskou práci sloužila jako modelová. Kvalitativní výzkum probíhal formou strukturovaných rozhovorů. Pro první sadu rozhovorů byli záměrně vybráni participanti z dotazníkového šetření. Dr rozhovorů se uskutečnila s prezentována na základě frekvenčních tabulek zobrazujících absolutní, relativní a kumulativní četnost daného jevu. K analyzování rozhovorů byla využita metoda otevřeného kódování. Výsledky otevřeného kódování jsou v využitím postupu tzv. vyložení karet. Zjištěná data jsou dále diskutována ve vztahu k potřebám budoucích výzkumů uskutečněných v oblasti vzdělávání osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of educating people serving custodial sentence. Main aim of this thesis is to find out how is education of immprisoned people carried out and in what way is it reflected by people who are directly involved in the educational process. The theoretical part of this thesis provides a summary of the existing knowledge based on relevant literature study. The practical part describes our own research. The researching part is conducted by quantitative and qualitative research method. Quantitative research was carried out in a form of questionnaire survey, which took place among convicts included in the educational activities of the School education center in a prison, which served as a model for this bachelor thesis. Qualitative research was done in a form of structured interviews. For the first set of interviews were participants deliberately selected from the questionnaire survey. The second set of interviews took place with the experts from pedagogical practice. The obtained qualitative data are presented on the basis of frequency tables, showing the absolute, relative and cumulative frequency of the given phenomenon.
