Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výchovu k sebekázni žáka na základní škole. Práce zkoumá různé nástroje a techniky výchovy podporující rozvoj sebekázně. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou nástroje a techniky učitelů a učitelek na základní škole na podporu vývoje sebekázně u žáků. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku klíčových pojmů jako je kázeň, smysl a funkci kázně, její druhy a sebekázeň, vůli a motivaci. V další části se diplomová práce zabývá existujícími výzkumy sebekázně u studentů. Následně se věnuje charakteristice vývojového stádia staršího školního věku neboli pubescence. V poslední kapitole teoretické části práce jsou představeny nástroje a techniky výchovy k sebekázni. Empirická část práce je realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož cílem je pomocí rozhovorů s učiteli a učitelkami na základních školách zjistit, jaké metody jsou využívány učiteli a učitelkami na podporu sebekázně u žáků. Data byla získána prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s šesti učiteli a učitelkami a následně analyzována pomocí kódování. V rámci empirické části byl proveden kvantitativní předvýzkum ve formě ankety, která zkoumá chápání pojmu sebekázeň ve všeobecné populaci. Data byla získána pomocí online dotazníku... This master's thesis focuses on upbringing student self-discipline at the elementary school level. The work explores various tools and techniques for promoting the development of self-discipline. The main objective of the thesis is to investigate the tools and techniques used by elementary school teachers to support the development of self-discipline in students. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the empirical. The theoretical part provides an overview of key concepts such as discipline, the meaning and function of discipline, its types, and self-discipline, will, and motivation. The thesis also delves into existing research on student self-discipline. Subsequently, it addresses the characteristics of the developmental stage of late childhood, known as adolescence. The final chapter of the theoretical part introduces tools and techniques for upbringing self-discipline. The empirical part of the thesis involves qualitative research, aiming to discover the methods employed by elementary school teachers to enhance student self-discipline through interviews with teachers.
